I love Andy's! One of my favorite ice cream spots. The employees are always super friendly, and the custard is yummy. I always get a BYO concrete and add cheesecake bites and strawberries. My husband loves their banana splits.

We waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. When we got to the window at 11:31 (closed at 11:30) they told us they were closed and would not serve us. Several cars behind us didn't get served either. Poor business decision ?

$9 for ice cream "blended" with toppings and it's solid soft serve on the bottom half, cookie butter in one spot, and missing a good bit in the cup... asked if they could be blended better and she just stared at us blankly before saying she can't take them back. She'd have to throw them away and remake them... and then just stared at us.. very disappointed and I was so excited to try the biscoff concrete.

On a whim I drove thru tonight. I am so happy I did. I had the Ozark turtle custard which was so delicious. The custard was creamy and light with just the right amount of chocolate, caramel and pecans. The perfect way to end the evening. The menu looks to be pretty large with something for everyone to choose from.

They need to fix the drive thru. It has a deep dip and has damaged my car. Their ice cream is amazing though.
