Went to the drive thru and didnt realize until I got home that it was someone else's order despite verifying my order at the 2nd drive thru. I tried calling and the phone rang a few times then they hung up. Called corporate and they said leave a voicemail. I'm done. Just eat somewhere else people.

Double cheeseburger gave me three burnt patties like that was satisfying and went back to get refunded or sandwich never got neither one all black people crew expected food dude with glasses manager was the worse told me to pull up in front never received anything ten minutes around front paid for it online thru application never received a refund or food

As I sit here eating my floor whopper I consider who is at fault all the while my mindset is tainted by the grit of the floorboard and aftertaste of shoe. I reached for what I thought was you a sandwich in a bag and like a bad magic trick my sandwich was barrel rolled out of my hand and onto to floor :( wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a treat for me to have fast food

Will NEVER go to this Burger King again!!!! Ordered two hamburgers using my Reward points and after transaction was complete, they said they couldn’t provide my order because they didn’t have ANY of “that size patty”. No manager was on site and all of the employees seemed like it was their first day. Horrendous customer service to imply customers cannot receive ordered items and be unable to return Reward points when order can’ be fulfilled. My wife had to guide the employee how to make change with her transaction. BUYER BEWARE at this location.

I ordered pickup through the app. These workers were on the ball today, working like a well maintained machine. There were 10 cars in the drive thru, several people eating inside. I ordered the Whopper Jr Duo 2/$5, 8pc chicken fries with french fries $4.99. I earned crowns and my food was ready when I got there..fresh and made exactly how I special ordered. Good job y'all!I want to add that there were three people working total. That is about half as many who need to be in the back and there needs to be two people in the front if not three working the drive-thru in front. Three people total. Overworked and underpaid for sure. The people working today had Smiles on their faces and they were working so hard. They were covered up. It didn't look like anybody was taking a break to breathe. Heaven forbid somebody needs to go to the bathroom. Understand that when you pull up to fast food places, a lot of them are short-handed and there may be one or two people working, maybe three if you're lucky. It's not going to be as fast as it used to be. Be patient with them, it's also their job and they have to be there for the whole shift short of up to 10 people. If you've never had to run a place like that, then you should do it for a day and you would be wanting to pull your hair out and run away screaming. Whatever these three get paid, it is not enough!
