I am a huge Chick-fil-a fan. I recently moved from the Fort Smith area to Conway. At this restaurant today I sat the the side. I had just gotten off work and wanted a quiet meal alome.The one thing this store differed from the one in Fort Smith is the staff were loud and not concentrating on the task at hand. The were goofing off and telling each other to shut up. There was a Door Dash order waiting and ome of the grab it off the shelf and commented this order was not handled with car. It was as if she was making fun of her training. They were also showing eachother things on their phones.It wasn’t a horrible experience by no means. I was just surprised at the way they were acting.

This was one of the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I was in a bad accident the day before, and they went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast was amazing. Thank you to the cashier for making me her person of the day.

Went to the Chick-Fil-A on Oak and my food was no were close to the excellent quality as the one on Prince. My market salad had a lot of brown lettuce and the servers were not as friendly. I highly recommend Prince Street over Oak. The atmosphere was totally different.

They don't even ask my name anymore lol I visit so often my wife says they should name a meal after me. The employees and managers are amazing. They see my beat up blue flatbed Dodge and most of them could get my order correct without asking and are always surprised if I change it. Jason Russellville
