Used to love eating here but now consistently bowls are MAYBE half full. Queso cups are half full. It’s entirely too expensive to eat here now for the amount of food you’re given. To go orders specifically are lacking tremendously.

I've been here twice now. The first visit they completely destroyed my burrito and it entirely turned mushy and fell apart. The second visit I tried to get a bowl because I wasn't wanting to risk them destroying my burrito again, and they barely gave any meat.I asked them if they could perhaps put enough meat in my burrito bowl (which is already a $16 bowl) and they told me how they gave me the correct portion and that any additional would be extra. When I asked another lady she actually gave me the "extra" meat but told me it would be the only time they will do this.Terrible customer service and terrible meat portions.

Store hours are till 11, store refused to cook more food, all they had was barbacoa it was 5 minutes till 10. Went out of my way figuring an hour before close is plenty time.
Food, service, atmosphere is fine. Pricing is why I gave it 3 stars. Our family of four paid $77 for our meal. We each got a bowl and a drink. Adding queso and guacamole to our bowls added close to $10 per person. Good, but not nearly $20 pp good.

We usually really enjoy our food from Chipotle. Today, the corn salsa was really heavy on the onions, not normally so. The chips were thick, hard, and not salted, again not normally so. I’m hoping these differences are not here to stay.

Place was closed an hour early. If I at least got a response when I waved at the workers for about 5 minutes it wouldn't have been a big deal but every employee would just look up at me and notice me standing at the front door next to their giant sign saying that they are open later and they did nothing. More people came up and I told them that they're closed to save them the trouble and they tell me they work there too. Don't know why multiple employees off the clock need to come in shrike they close early but at least an explication would've been nice. Mismanaged and terrible customer service.

Poor attention to detail. Ordered through the app multiple times and was not notified on pickup that they were out of chips. On my most recent order I checked and had to jump through hoops on the phone to get a refund as they would not do it in store.As I was on the phone trying to get a refund for the missing items, the bottom of my bag exploded dumping my food and the contents of two improperly sealed and leaking salsa cups (the reason the bag broke) onto my feet.The staff sat there and watched this happen and didn't move a muscle to help clean up the salsa splattered all over the floor. Terrible.
