“Today was my first time stopping by and I was so impressed. Their iced coffee was perfect. I got a vanilla iced coffee, not too sweet and the perfect size!! I asked for half a dozen donuts to take back home and they loaded me up with extras to try. They were so sweet and everything tastes great. I love that they have a drive thru. I’ll definitely be back.“
“I walked in and requested a coffee that didn’t taste like coffee (because I’m annoying and don’t care much for the coffee flavor) I got the Tomcat and it was soo good! Then proceeded to the kitty lounge to see all the cute lovable cats! The atmosphere was wonderful and it’s awesome to try and get to know the kitties and the personalities before you decide to adopt! Such and wonderful and unique experience!“
“Adding onto the hype of this place. If you're deciding on a coffee shop to try in Arkansas look no further. As a barista of a different cafe myself, this is by far the highest quality shop I have had in Conway, and while I haven't tried all of them, likely the best in Arkansas. The owner, Scott, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about his process and quality. Skip the Starbucks today and support a local business; especially one with a wonderful environment and wildly better coffee. I would give 10 stars if I could. Keep it up y'all!“
“Update:Not long ago, one of the servers here took our order by ear, never rang it up, and took our cash and gave us change. I asked about my points [normally they ask us for a number because they're prompted to do so on the pad] She replied "Ohhhh yeah my bad. I gotchu... it'll be 600 Points added." Then didn't do anything while we drove away. We were like hmm..that should've activated a free drink for next time. Anyway.. came through a week later and asked about our free drink. Nada. I asked when the last time points came on and she said she couldn't tell. Ok..I asked about the incident that happened the week before about the girl not ringing it up..adding points afterwards. She said that's not possible. So yeah..basically my point is, there's at least one employee that I am suspicious of stealing money and therefore robbing us of points in the process. Not cool man..im all about my points.Thank God this new perfect person "Brigette" if I spelled it right, was an absolute DOLL and actually paid for our free drink we were owed. I couldn't believe it! So awesome! Then when we earned points, it activated our next freebie. She was so sweet. It is, compared to most things (as donuts are supposed to be), but it seems like some donut places use extra sugar. I liked this. My perception could have been off since I don't normally eat donuts, too.The owner is a great guy. Go check this place out.“
“One of the cutest shops ever!!!Good food, EXCEPTIONAL customer service…I have went three times now and EVERYTIME the baristas were nice and engaging, the atmosphere from the lobby to the patio is so calming and I almost forget I’m in Arkansas…it gives liberal vibes like Denver.Early morning crowds are the adults who have time to play chess or catch up with a friend or like me grab a cup and breakfast pizza before class.The mid mornings is full of artsy college kids who seem ready to change the world lol.I just love this shop!!!“

“This morning, 3/8/2024 I stopped in on my way to work for a smooth 7, large iced coffee. As the young man took my order, he politely made small talk and asked if I had any plans for the day. I smiled and said, no sir, today will be rough. My husband had a heart even last night and I'll be heading to work on only 2 hours of sleep. The young man said, bless your heart as I went to pay for my order, he said no ma'am. You have a great day and bless you. When I pulled forward to get my coffee, a young lady was writing on the lid of my cup. When I recieved it she had wrote... "you're in our thoughts".Thank you!!!! “I stopped in at Doc's Coffee today. It was my first visit and certainly won't be my last. I had the "clover" iced coffee and an iced cinnamon bun. OMGosh! So good! Already planning my next visit. And I have to mention that the gals working there are good at what they do and so friendly. Wish this place was in my neighborhood and not down the road. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.“
