I asked for extra butterfinger in my blizzard, they gave me less than normal and no receipt. I called to let them know and they said are you coming back I said no, and they hung up. Nothing else. No customer service what so ever.

I did not get anything close to what I had ordered and when I tried to rectify it I was ignored. I then asked for my receipt and the lady shut the window in my face. I tried getting her attention and she would not come to the window. I have filed a complaint with corporate. This was a usual spot for us and I’m not sure it will be in the future.

We got ice cream on this afternoon and the employees in general are not welcoming. I feel like they are irritated we r there. One time a manager unlocked a door when we came at opening and said LOUD "they r already piled up out here everyone!" The food is a good value and my son loves it so we come back. I tried to do my survey fir a free dilly bar next time and the receipt says xxx-xxx-xxxx for the phone # so the survey would not let me do one. I guess they don't want people to do these surveys as a number value mist be entered - not letters.

Great food and excellent customer service! The butterfinger blizzard and chicken strip meal deal are an excellent value and very appetizing. The service was fast and the staff is always so friendly and kind!

Food is fairly good for what it is. Employees were great and very polite/professional. I could smell the pine sol when entering, but the cooking area didn’t look as clean as the scent. Not a huge fan of the excessive cleaner smell, and the visuals don’t at least match up with it.

Place has somehow gone even further downhill as far as customer service. Something is ALWAYS wrong with my order every single time, no one communicates with me, and recently someone flat-out lied to me about being out of whipped cream. The last 3 times I went here I didn't get any on my shake. So I asked this time, they said they were out, and the lady after me came out with 3 milkshakes with a lot of whipped cream on them... Then another customer. I know you're thinking "it's just whipped cream" but it's my favorite part of my shake, and why was I lied to?

Today was my son's birthday. He wanted an ice cream cake from DQ. We've been before through Drive Through and had a great experience. However, this time was horrible. The girl didn't listen to what I was saying, and another came on and yelled at me for getting a cake through drive through. She then refused to listen to me and made me feel like they didn't care. Felt like I wasn't cared for nor did they want my business. Will not be back.
