I generally come here due to social anxiety mixed with a lot of food restrictions for health reasons, and they're rarely as busy as other places. So I normally don't have to worry about it being super loud or crowded even when other places around it are. It's clean and can be a quiet little place to go. Its Dennys so I'm not eating a super healthy meal or anything, but some of the staff are super understanding and accommodating to the couple of changes I have to make to certain dishes. Today was the worst experience. Our waitress was way more concerned with sitting and talking both to the dishwasher and someone on her phone. She never offered refills, the person I was with asked if he was supposed to get marinara sauce with his mozzarella sticks and she said they didn't have any stocked so it was frozen. I give leeway on that as things sometimes happen. But she tried to tell me she didn't know if she could make the dish without mushrooms and when I said they do it every time I'm in here she said "Well different cook I don't know if she will but I guess I will try". You could tell by her attitude she just didn't want to deal with it. I always apologize ahead of time for having restrictions but they aren't super hard to accommodate to be completely honest. Outside of a bad waitress this evening I don't have anything bad to say about this establishment. I've had mostly decent experiences. I don't think it would have bugged me so much if I could tell she was having a rough day or something but she was a lot more professional with other customers which made it seem like she was that way due to me "being difficult". I really can't help that I eat at home 98% of the time and want to treat myself once in a while. I'm always super nice about it and apologetic because I have been in the service industry I know what it is like. It should not be an excuse to treat a customer like they're a problem or less important than other customers in my opinion.

I have no idea why the corporate office has not come in here shut this place down, rehired and retrained employees and do a re-grand opening. This place is terrible. First visit back in 8 months and nothing has changed. I think it has actually gotten worst.

SO WRONG!! IT IS CURRENTLY NOT EVEN 11 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT AND THIS DENNYS IS OPEN TIL MIDNIGHT! BUT THEY JUST TURNED AWAY 6 DIFFERENT GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS IN A ROW SAYING THEY STOP LETTING PEOPLE IN AROUND 10:45PM!! IT WAS THE MAIN/OLDER LADY INSIDE TURNING AWAY HUNGRY CUSTOMERS! UNBELIEVABLE!! NEEDS A STAFF UPGRADE BAD!! ALSO NEEDS TO FIX HOURS BACK TO OVERNIGHT!

Won't be back. I ordered lasagna but was told it was frozen and not available. I am supposed to call ahead and give them notice if I want to order it. Then why have it on the menu??? Our waitress told us she was tired and sat down in the booth with us as she took our order??? Then...(yes there's more!) our waitress left while we were eating and we still didn't have our ticket. Another waitress yelled across the restaurant to come and take care of our ticket with her??? We are done with this location!

Amanda was amazing even though the restaurant was short staffed. We need more people like this working in the industry! Amazing Job! Assistant managers just let us know that they were short staffed and didn’t even bother to help when there was probably 10+ tables seated.

Kora and Amanda were wonderful. I was a little picky today and asked for more adjustments on my food, cooked more, add cheese, etc. They were polite and corrected everything I asked for. Thank you.
It's been quite a while since I enjoyed a meal at Danny's. Nice to have one back in Conway!! It was worth the trip!!

Food not great. Prices too high. Went for lunch bc thought we could get something usually ordered through Bite Squad and was told we couldn’t. My sandwich was tiny and the bread hard. Ridiculous to pay as much as we did for what we got.

We arrived, and it was obvious they were extremely short staffed. Kudos to the manager on duty for really working hard to keep things afloat. More staff arrived and quickly started to get things caught up. I appreciate the efforts everyone showed by not giving up and trying to make things right. Noticed a few people getting frustrated and leaving, but it was worth the stop once they settled in. In a world no one wants to work anymore, it was good to see the efforts put out by the employees.

As a trucker I know Denny’s is always a good choice, but was extremely disappointed with this location. Wanted sweet tea but they had none and no sugar. Also want the salmon but was told they couldn’t make it because it was frozen. If it frozen why even have it on the menu. Had to ask for refills on drinks and the food was no up to Denny’s standards. I will never be back to this location.
