Real friendly and very easy to work with read over my order to confirm. They were a lot of help. I spoke with Whitney.When picking up order they were great, too. I was surprised to see sprinkles all over the cake because I thought it would just be on some of it, but I also don't care either way and didn't specify. 100% not their fault and 0% big deal.They had the order ready when I arrived. They were on time.Cake tasted good, but they didn't follow directions. It was supposed to have real strawberries AND strawberry filling. However, it only had the filling. No real strawberries.They confirmed the order on the phone when ordering. They charged what they said they would charge during pickup. This part of the cake was never changed from the start of conversations. The things being figured out were sizes and frosting type. I'd also figure that setting aside their base prices, the strawberries are probably the bulk of what I'm paying additional costs for.

Way overpriced on cakes. Bought a quarter sheet cake $55. And the cake decorating was poor. I’ve always had good experience but not this time..

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered a chocolate cake with whipped cream icing from this bakery for a birthday party. While emailing the details and pick up time I was told that the cake would cost $35 (very reasonable for a plain cake). When I got to the store I was told it would be $50 which made me very upset because it was the day of the party and I was focused to pay or else I wouldn't have a cake. When I arrived at the party the cake was not whipped cream and just plain icing. The cake also tasted stale/had been made days prior. I am extremely disappointed in the taste and cost (which the bakery had lied to me about the price).

I've been there and tried their Fried Pies those are the greatest hand pie I've ever tasted this morning I stopped and got their biscuits and gravy for the first time I am so glad I got a double order they are absolutely amazing make sure to get it with the sausage their prices are reasonable their people are friendly it's just the best bakery I've found anywhere in the state of Arkansas

Customer service is non existent. I stopped there today ordered Chocolate No Bakes & Red Velvet cupcakes. Told the girl I wanted Chocolate & didn't want them if they were loaded with peanut butter. She handed me the order I paid (very expensive) and then saw that no bakes were blonde so loaded with peanut butter. They refused to replace with anything. She said if they took them back they'd have to just throw them away. I won't be back.

I have no idea why people like it here. Now i understand something from something called a "sweet shoppe" will be sweet. But that doesn't mean you should use as much as Julies does! Most things are so damn sweet its enedible.The only people I see here are the older crowd who use it as a meeting spot in the mornings to share a cup of coffee.Now if your the kind of person when you make rotel cheese dip your favorite part is the skin that forms when it cools get the pemento and cheese sandwhich. One of the fowlest things I've ever eaten as it just tastes like cold rotel curd.The only thing I've had from here that wasn't disgusting was their sausage roll, though thats probably because they don't make those but microwave frozen.I wouldn't waste your money when you could probably make something tastier at home, and you can get a custom cake made at walmart, krogers, or dairy queen and it will be a much better cake for your money.I only ever come in here to use the bathroom in the mornings cause everything else on the plaza is closed.Edit: recent events of their nastiness, my coworkers order3d sandwiches from here and were given not what they ordered (they each had other toppings) but just got turkey cheese in a smashed flat croissant. No other toppings despite ordering that and were made to pay $14 FOR TWO.I think the true problem in this bakery is them trying to be a sweet shoppe when it seems what they really specialize in is cakery.For the love of god do NOT waste your time and money trying to grab something quick and tasty here unless your a gambling addict who likes the odds against you cause here your more likely to get something gross than something good.

We ordered a cake for my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday party and Julie’s did not disappoint. I gave them a pic of the invitation and let them use their creativity. It was beautiful and a big hit with my MIL and all the guests that attended. :)
