I should know by now not to ever come here but I havnt been in over a year I wanted some mashed potatoes, of course I didn't even get those in my bag ? I paid almost $21 for a nugget meal and what I thought was a large mashed potatoe.. first off the nuggets were old and nasty 2nd I get home and find just gravy so I called and she said I only ordered gravy even though I know what I ordered. I was nice enough not to even complain about the nuggets cuz I hate being that person but to not even acknowledge the fact she could have messed up really makes me mad. Lesson learned. I won't be here again, and from the looks of it and what people say not many people do anymore. Yall employees Killin ur business

I don't know if it was the day I went or just how it is there but it was awfully slow.
I want to be clear. I am talking about the Russellville KFC. Google doesnt make it clear to me which it is asking me to review. We drive a half hour from home to eat at this kfc. There is one 10 minutes closer we could go to, but the service is abysmal and the food makes me sick so we go here instead. I do everything else in Conway, if Morrilton doesn't have it but for KFC I come here.

Sept. 26, 2023 @ 11:45. Ordered 2 chicken legs, 2 thighs, 2 mashed potatoes, and 2 Cole slaws. Taking my 93 year young mother on a picnic to Petit Jean State Park. Our chicken tasted like it was at least a day old and the legs not cooked completely through. Had one order of slaw. Made it a not so enjoyable picnic. We will never order from this kfc again. This can't be a 3 star. More like a NO star. Bad Bad Bad

I ordered a just a plain nugget meal at 10:20PM 40 mins before the posted time of closing, I was given something I would not even feed my dogs and it cost me $18.78 do it....

Stop eating KFC for four years because it was disgusting been loving me some Popeyes. Today I Ordered their fill up box because of the commercial adschicken had no flavor nuggets was dry and fries was also dry throughout the box and went and picked me up some delicious Popeyes chicken.
