They claim "We are committed to preparing your meals with the freshest ingredients" but this is not true. At least some of the vegetables (carrots confirmed by server, broccoli and other chopped veg suspected) are bought pre-processed and preserved, and taste of chemicals. In a salad, that flavor jumps out. It's weird.Proteins were good -- salmon, chicken, eggs all cooked to temp and enjoyable. Could be a 4 instead of a 2 if they'd just bother to prep some actual fresh vegetables.

We were traveling through Arkansas and decided to stop here for lunch and are glad we did! The variety of foods available make it hard to decide what to get, but it was all great food. The sweet potato fries and waffle fries as a side are both delicious. They also have a wood fired pizza oven. They have a very thin crust, but it was a very flavorful pizza and plenty of options. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, the prime dip lacked seasoning, but everything else was very good. If I ever go through the are again, I would definitely consider eating here again!Kid-friendliness: They have a great selection for their kids menu that has something even for my super picky four year old.
