Good/fast service, great quality food for the price, close to the freeway. Emma took excellent care of us, my family was entirely satisfied, give this girl a raise.Parking: Plenty of room, not busy, close by the door or in the back row.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu prices are superb, less the $5, cashier spoke kindly in acknowledgement towards children.

Hands down the best tortilla soup I've ever had! Being a food critic, I am incredibly critical when it comes to soup in general. Their tortilla soup is thicker than most soups, and it has chunks of chicken. The flavor is spectacular! Pairs well with the pecanberry salad.

The manager should be fired, very rude and likes to talk down to customers and hang up on them on multiple occasions. Very bad management, might give them another try when the management changes.

I'm disappointed with the cleanliness and the worn-out parking lot at McAlister's Deli during my recent visit. The men’s restroom was unacceptable.

Very sweet workers. The guy with brown hair behind the counter was great at taking my order and the blonde girl who bussed my table was very quick to grab my empty plate and get me a refill. The service today compared to how this McAllister's was 9 months ago is 10x better, highly recommend.

I normally enjoy coming here but between a 7 in long black hair in my food and the new portion sizes (half the sandwich was bread) it’s just not a good choice anymore. There are better options for your money. Your just an order number here not a person.

Love McAlister's! I always get a sandwhich and side of Mac n cheese and it's always been delicious. Love the jalapeño crunch sandwich

We arrived one hour before closing and both ordered soup and sandwich. Soups and club sandwich were good. Croissant with chicken salad was the smallest 1/2 sandwich I'd ever seen. Might have had 2 tablespoons of chicken salad on a very hard Croissant. Very disappointing. Had it not been so late after a long day of travel I would've sent back. Instead I used the Croissant as croutons in my soup.

First time ordering from this restaurant. My wife picked up a 1/2 Reuben and a 1/2 salad. The cost was approximately $15.40 which was way to costly for the amount of food. The salad was missing Avocados which were expressly ordered. The Ruben, (even thou had a fair amount of meat) the rye bread crust was tuff.I wanted to update my response on this restaurant because of the quick action by a great General Manager Alyssa. Even thou there was a small issue in the order the Reuben actually was very good, just not big enough for this Marine.
