Constantly forgot to give hash browns 4 different times took 15 minutes to bring out curbside orders then when drink was wrong offered to bring out correct drink but never did after 5 minutes of waiting.

3 days in a row mobile order gets canceled within 20-30 minutes after ordering and payment going thru
Today I went and ordered a frappe with Oreos in it. I get to the speaker and ask if they can just put the Oreos in the cup instead of blending it I have sensory issues they told me I would have to ask out the first window I get up to the first window and the lady tells me she will let them know and I still received my frappe with the Oreos Blended in it it tastes like dirt in my mouth they don't know how to follow directions and they're very inconsiderate
