I left with no food. Workers need to be trained better. They didn't know how to deal with a problem customer so several of us just left after placing our order and waiting to pay. Maybe having a REAL manager on duty would help.

Went there at 6 o'clock on a Saturday. And they would not make any more teriyaki chicken so I had to walk out. Open for 3 more hrs!!!

This was the worst experience of my life and I will "NEVER" go back to this place. I recommend that you all stay away from this place because they claim to clean their pots, pans, utensils and other cookware correctly. I'm sorry, but I disagree. When we got our food, my meat smelled like a spoiled dishrag for those of you who know what I mean and the rice had a bad odor as well. Well, when I got my product, it was before my event and I could not return the food until I returned from my event. When I tell you that Jammie or whatever her name is, was very rude to me and treated me like my money had no value. I asked for a manager, but there was no manager on duty that night, nor in the morning on the next day. I have to say that customer service is not like it used to be. Well, long story short, I did not get any help from her or the store manager because they said they are unable to return my food because of how it smelled. I don't know about you guys, but I am not eating anything that has a bad odor and the potential to make me very ill. Just to say this and not give me any options to help with getting a refund was insane and very disrespectful. I also came into the store trying not to speak loudly about my issue, but that didn't work since we were unable to get our money back. I had a pregnant mother in the car and we were not about to eat that disgusting food given to us. I just do not know why these new managers do not understand that it is not your money, the customer is always right and a smile will go a long way. If you are having a bad day, do not go into work. Keep that negativity at home. This is not the last you all will hear of this because I did not like the way I was treated and to get a refund by a check that is going to take weeks to process, is even more disrespectful. I tell you, that if I had been of Caucasian decent, there would not have been any issues.

This was the fourth or fifth time the people in the drive thru could not get our order right. This is the last time, you just lost a customer!Well we waited a year to go back and nothing has changed. Non existent customer service. Where is the manager and/or owner of this place. They must hide in the back too afraid to explain why their people are so worthless. How does this place stay open?!?Update, how does this place stay open, it's been almost a year since I've eaten here so my son and I decided to give them another chance. 7:30 at night and hardly any food available. Goodbye!!!!!

Food was OK. Kinda cold. Fried rice had absolutely no flavor at all.The worst part was, not a single person was wearing gloves; not the cooks, not the person who chopped up and served the teriyaki chicken for my fiancee. He literally used his bare hands to cut up and serve the chicken. Nothing against that worker in particular, just asking this location to have better health and safety standards. Wear gloves when handling other people's food. I don't want a stranger touching my food, and I'm sure most people don't either.Just all around not a great experience, and I certainly wouldn't recommend eating here until the employees start wearing gloves when handling food.
