Was having a get together at my friend's. We decided to order pizza. Two different people ordered about a minute apart. I went to pick up both orders when they said it would be ready. One was ready but had to wait 20 minutes for the other. They said it was ordered at a different time. The receipt was one minute different. I will never order from Papa John's on Farris again.

Took our order back to the store after I didn’t answer the phone bc I was with a patient. (We are a very busy medical clinic and hadn’t eaten all day) Didn’t even try to deliver it. Every other delivery driver comes in and delivers. Got our order over 1.5 hours later but only bc I called and complained about the ordeal. Very unprofessional. Carissa could have been much more customer service driven and that was not the case. Do better Papa John’s. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The most expensive dogfood, I will ever buy from the Papa John's at 215 Farris Rd, Conway, AR 72034 location again. Ordered two medium Hawaiian BBQ chicken pizza, The thin crust is like a burnt cracker, more sauce than topping. No toppings a good 2 inch from the edge, lucky if there is three pieces of pineapple per slice and looks like less than a single chicken breast diced up between two pizzas. a total waste at 42 bucks. Never again. I now firmly believe homemade is the only way, thanks Papa John's you have turned me off of pizza. Sadly this location is across the road for a major college. I feel like I just drank a bottle of BBQ sauce. Either sale are down or the majority of customers have no taste buds!

I ordered a 2 topping medium carryout pizza. The email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there after 20 minutes and had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done (and this wasn't during peak times). Once I got home, I realized one of my toppings wasn't on the pizza. I really started to get annoyed at that point. Usually, I let simple things slide, but I was going to have them make me another, but they wouldn't even answer the phone calls. Avoid this place at all costs. Luckily, the coupon I used was good, otherwise I'd be very annoyed. Definitely the last time I'll ever go there! 0/5.

Passing through Conaway, Arkansas ordered thin crust lage pizza from here, arrived cold, cold, and cold, and just was not good at all. Took forever to get to the room. Do not look to get a decent pie from here after a day on the road. It's terrible! Better off with snickers and a coke from the vending machine.
