We stopped by around 1:00 for lunch. We were quickly sat down and given our drinks, and within maybe 20 minutes of arrival we had our food at the table. The complimentary bread was nice. It paired well with the provided marinara sauce and tasted similar to the bread of a grilled cheese dipped in tomato soup.I had the Chicken Alfredo, grilled. The pasta and sauce were well seasoned and very rich, and the chicken was tender enough to pull apart with my fork while still being cooked and seasoned well. It was all very well made.I also had the cannoli for desert. It came in 2 pieces, paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, all topped with some caramel and icing. It was difficult to eat most of it, since the food before it was so filling. I had to get half of it to go, but it was still delicious.I don't usually care as much about the atmosphere of a place compared to the service and food quality, but the location we were at felt nice and homey.Overall, the food was quick, delicious, and very filling. The service was excellent, the staff members were nice. Great atmosphere, will eat here again.

Delicious food at prices that you can’t really find anymore these days. Very cozy and modern interior with what might honestly be the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Could not recommend this place enough.

Every time we come to visit my in-laws, we try to eat here. The service is usually top notch, and the food never disappoints! The parking situation is comparable to any old downtown but it’s still worth it!

Pasta Grill in Conway is in one word: excellent. The staff and their team are truly committed to the food, service, and atmosphere. I came here first in 2016 and now is my second time at the restaurant. Nothing has changed! My waiter, Colin (I think) was awesome! He was truly devoted to giving me the best service possible and I can tell he truly values the dining experience! I’m gonna have my birthday party here, surely.

Never had a bad experience here. The food is amazing! I ordered chefs gnocchi with the Cajun sauce from Drew's hash. It's sooooo good. Go early, or you will have to wait. It's a small place, but it's worth it.

I've eaten at Pasta Grill in Russellville multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience, so I thought the Pasta Grill in Conway would be the same or better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The pork chop I received was dried out and flavorless, the broccoli was flavorless as well, and although the parmesean crusted potatoes were decent enough, one of those three left an awful aftertaste in my mouth. As far as the service goes, I was not at all satisfied with the service I received. I definitely won't be back to this location.

Have had great meals here but Saturday night wasn't one of them. 6:15 and the place was packed as usual so a ten to fifteen minute wait was in order, fairly quick from times past, our server was quick and friendly enough. My wife had the shrimp dish and I had chicken parmigiana. Food came out fast and hot. A dish I have had several times and could cut with a fork ws now not so. Crust around edge couldn't be cut with a knife it was so hard as was the cheese that had melted onto the plate. When I asked Carl about it he said it had probably set under the heat lamp to long. I wanted to say " you think". I ate the center and he was probably right as the chicken was very dry. My wife's meal was fine and neither Carl nor management offered to remake my dish or do anything. To bad as I always liked this Italian restaurant and it's food.

My wife and I had a lovely romantic dinner. We were in town for surgery and this place helped relax me some and take my mind off things. Beautiful atmosphere.
