I only eat here when I'm drinking and can't drive because it's walking distance. I hate giving negative reviews but I've had this pizza on a few occasions now and it just has to be the worst Conway has to offer. somehow the crust is always over cooked and the toppings undercooked. The wild part is my two star review is above their average.

They already are in a hurry on a regular, but I'll take sub service for the low prices. I think that's just the exchange. But when. You tell me you're already closing early at 6pm when I call you at 4, then when I call you back at 5:15 you answer the phone and say you closed at 5 because you called the regional manager and they said to do it, s*** is confusing. Especially when I've been driving around Conway running errands and the roads are literally clear. Smh. 4 thumbs down. Just lost a regular customer. Horrible.

The person I talked to on the phone was very nice but the delivery person was mean I tried to meet him on my drive but he said no and went to my porch he threw my soda on a chair and gave me multiple recipts I thought I sighned the right one but he yelled at me saying no not that one and snatched them from me he stared at me for a solid minute before giving me my food and he didn't even bring my sauces I asked for

Worst service ever !!!! I call for delivery and after a hour I call and they say they lost my order!!!!! F..k PIZZA HUT YOU SUCK !!! I'm going to domino's from now on !!!! Pizza Hut !!! Sucks the big one !!!!

This place is my first major disappointment since moving to Conway. When my Wife and I arrived, we told the person that was seating us that I am disabled and asked if we could be seated close to the Buffet, he proceeded to take us to the farthest Table possible from it, (there were only two other tables that had anyone at them). The Salad Bar was pitiful and messy. There was little selection when it came to Pizza on the Bar and most of it was burnt to a crisp and long past time to have been pulled and replaced. Soda was flat and Waiter seemed more interested in his Phone and flirting with the High School Girls Team that was eating there than helping the other two Tables that had Customers. And the topper was the massive sickness (and all the fun that goes with it) that we got to experience later that evening. I usually believe in giving a place a second try, everyone has a bad day, but this time I think I will just drive Maumelle or Little Rock if I have to have A Pizza Hut fix.

Order pick up, walk in and there's trash everywhere, on the floor and behind the counter. Go up to the counter and it's like I inconvenienced them with my order. The food was the same, it's hard to mess up a pizza that's pre-made. With a busy family we eat pizza a lot, but I'll go out of my way to avoid this place.

This review is for a delivery order. My wife and I go to this Pizza Hut quite often for their sandwiches, but this is the first time we've had them deliver and will be the last. The order was late, the pizza was cold and brittle. The brownies, while just as cold as the pizza, were very tasty (not enough to overcome the negatives).

Notorious for lengthy delivery times!! Unfortunately, have one family member who likes Pizza Hut and was their turn to pick. Order on Pizza Huts website tonight, as usual. Received my email confirmation stating 30 minutes delivery time. Hubby said that was unrealistic for them. Thirty minutes after the projected delivery time I called the store directly. I was then informed the "call center" I placed my order with declined my debit/credit card and I should have received an email stating the order card was declined. I informed her I ordered ON LINE and received a email confirmation confirming my order & delivery time. All she could do is ask me if I wanted to reorder. :/ Hung up and ordered from a neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Order was ready in 10 minutes and ... Big surprise... The same debit/credit card was used without any problem! Order BEFORE you're hungry or order elsewhere. I'm done with this restaurant!

Took 2hrs to get our pizza and then when it got here it was cold and tasted awful. Didn't get a refund or anything. Will never order from them again with so many other great options around Conway. Don't waste your time
