Like most places in Conway this restaurant is filthy, poor customer service, the employees act like they do not want to be there. The chicken was barely done on the smaller tenders to not even close to being done on bigger pieces. So sad we love popeyes!

Absolutely will NOT be back to this location!!! They forgot about me and I had to call them because I was sitting there for 30 minutes!!! (I ordered AHEAD on the app) My sandwich was soggy, the shrimp basket was sad almost NOTHING IN THERE, no dang sauce packets at all, my "spicy wings" had no dang flavor... I'm livid. My 6 year old was freaking crying!! ? ? I reported and better get my money back ? I will never ever come back to that location. We ended buying pizza.

The people at this Popeye's location are very nice and the chicken is very fresh. Jasmine is a good manager. She is nice to customers and employees alike. Morgan and Kyyisha are also very nice. I look forward to coming here because of their nice personalities and fresh food. Thank you for the great service!

I mean it's Popeyes. It's hard to not love Popeyes. I frequent several Popeyes a month. This one in particular had a cashier working the drive thru with a bad attitude. I always give people a pass when it happens once. My job has me driving 3 hrs away to Conway. We don't have Popeyes where I'm from so I try to grab me a bite and grab some for my family. So 2 weeks later, same cashier...same attitude. Almost like I'm bothering her by coming to purchase chicken. I have 12 more weekly visits to the Conway area and will definitely find somewhere else next week.
Mix up orders do not know what going on got a bunch of people that's running around with their heads chopped off very rude almost to the point of being prejudiced if you're a white person you better watch out they'll sure jump you in there would not recommend manage your nasty and rude !!!!!!!

I always get a very rude and unfriendly cashier at the drive-thru window.I've heard people joke about how the Popeye's with the rude employees usually have the better food which is kind of hilarious, but it's scarily accurate. Food was good, customer service was non-existent and you feel rushed when trying to place an order.
