I love sims, but it’s hit or miss if my order is right. This time it was VERY wrong and my husband picked up (for me so didn’t know what all I ordered) and had to go back to correct it. This is not the first time that’s happened.

Parking: The parking is cramped and it’s very hard to maneuver around the parking lot. Also, the drive-thru line is super slow, so it backs up into the parking lot to where neither row of parked cars can back up out of their spaces. Awful design.

I've avoided this place for years over a couple of bad reviews, but after seeing some delicious pictures recently, I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I've missed out on 10 years of awesome food because of either a bad day or a misguided review. The Buffalo chicken mac n chz blew my mind, and the awesome little dessert jar melted in my mouth. Wish they had the pecan cheesecake one year round, but overall, I will be back. My mother had their chicken strips and coleslaw and said it was really good as well. I'd definitely suggest trying it out if you've not been there already.

The chicken was a little hard for myself but the kids love getting there kids meals an the people were really niceKid-friendliness: They made sure my kids got their free meals even though I had missed placed a free meal reward they received at school...that was nice of them
It was very busy. Great for families with children on Sundays since kids ear free but it was a bit slow. Try the mushrooms!!!

The drive thru service was fairly quick this visit. Great job. My son ordered the 8 wing meal with coleslaw. He said the food is always delicious and it is his go to meal after Sunday church service.

Every single time you order food curbside at the Conway location it is never ready. They complete your order on the app to show its done, but they make you wait. I placed an order days ago for Christmas Eve and it was not ready when we arrived because they started it WHEN WE ARRIVEE. The food is great, but they staff is seriously lazy and lacks any sense of order that I am certain the company as a whole has in place. The price is way too high for such terrible service every single time.
