Everytime our order is wrong. Tonight they actually got it right but left all the sauces out... I called and called to let them know and nobody answered the phone. It's really sad when u live next to a sonic and have to drive across town to another one just to get descent service.

Just ordered approx. 20 mins ago.I ordered a 1-foot-long coney.No problems getting the food on time, not the service (surprisingly).Madelyn was my carhop (I think that's how you spell it) as far as my experience goes, she's probably the only carhop that's got manners.Anyway, she brought me my food and told me to have a nice day.I was.When I slid the wrapper off the coney I found no cheese on the coney. None. It was all over the sides of the hotdog. Usually, there will be someone in the wrapper, but not this time. It was just chili smeared on it.The bread was half gone, I don't know if someone ate it or was too lazy to get a new proper-looking bun.The bottom line is:The people who work here have no sense of work ethic.No pride in their work.They have let themselves down.The owner, GM, Asst. Managers, etc.An absolute disappointment to the entire Sonic franchise.IF YOU ARE SOMEONE FROM OUT OF TOWN, DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

I ordered 3 corn dogs, it took almost 40 minutes just to get my food. I figured that it took that long because they were making it fresh. It wasn't even fresh and it was rock hard. Absolutely ridiculous.

Took forever to get my food and all I ordered was a #1 on the menu which is just a burger, onion rings, and a drink. The screen was broken on our ordering kiosk also.

Always fast and courteous. A little too much mustard on the kids burger though.
Was charged 2 times on my debit for a meal that was dry and stale and I asked for a refund. How I paid 3 times? They told me my payment didn't go through, then I ran my card again and they said it still failed. didn't go through. So I just paid cash, wondering why my card was doing this, plus I was ready to get home after working for 6 days straight. Will never go here again. The car hopper was great through all this tho!

This location has really done a turn around over the last year. The burgers my wife and I got were great. Definitely will be back.
No one answered when we went to the drive-thru. We had to park to get helped.

It was easy to place the order. No problems with them being able to hear me. The carhop was fast, friendly, and efficient. Ordered Cherry Dr. Peppers, they were made correctly, and tasted great. It was my first time at this Sonic, and I highly recommend it for Cherry Dr. Pepper.
