Worst experience ever. I was the only one there and waited 25 mins for my food. It was two easy subs. They also made them incorrect and when I tried to address it they ignored me.

My wife and I stopped in to get a sandwich .we haven't been there since they reopened. We went in, and there were 2 people working. A young lady at the drive thru and a young man making a sandwich for the drive thru. The boy behind the sandwich counter never looked up or greeted us. He looked like he wasn't happy to see us. We waited for him to ask us if he could help us. He never looked or asked us.We could tell the way that he was acting that we were not going to get a good sandwich. So we left. This is the one on Dave Ward in Conway. The last few times that we went to this subway, it wasn't very good, but since they made some changes and reopened, we thought we would give it another shot. The employee was very unfriendly and we will not go back.We drove to the subway in mayflower and got an excellent sandwich and good service.

Came in at 9:25pm (they close at 10pm) and the worker told me she already “cleaned up and put the food away,” while rolling her eyes. Terrible customer service.

I just called to put an order in and I was met on the other line by a pitiful sigh, and when I said I would like to place and order to woman on the line sighed even LOUDER and said “can you not place the order online?”. To which I said no I’d like to make it over the phone and then she SIGHED again even louder. So I hung up. Hopefully she gets fired and replaced by someone with a bit more respect. I just wanted a sandwich dude.

Abby was all by herself with 3 people in front of me. She apologized for the wait multiple times, but didn’t take long at all. She’s a great worker. 5 Stars for Abby, keep it up!

Signs were turned off and workers wouldn't answer the speaker 2 hours before close. They were out of almost everything including all their cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ham.

Worst subway I've ever been to. An hour and 45 minutes before closing they had the open sign turned off and were hiding in the back. One of them finally poked their head out to check the restaurant and I caught them. It seemed like they were disgruntled by this because when I walked in I was greeted with terrible service. They were out of meatballs, teriyaki, guacamole, and multiple cheeses. I asked if they were getting ready to close and the guy said yes. Said it seemed odd to close a store an hour and a half early and he just scoffed. Asked for the my sandwich to be toasted and when I got home it was stone cold. He put it in the oven and never pressed a button I guess. This is the 5th or 6th experience like this I've had. And don't even think about using the drive thru because they won't help you. Thank god there's a Quiznos in this town.

Ordered online, got there when it was supposed to be ready only to learn the order didnt go through. They charged me and everything but no food. Had no time and i had to leave. This is piss poor business. If you're going to rely on technology make sure it works. Done with this

My family and I have been here multiple times this past month. We usually go for lunch or early evening. They actually have cookies, unlike other locations that never seem to have them. They are still remodeling after removing the TCBY from this location. The store was clean and staff was friendly every time we have been. The food was fresh and delicious every time. I will continue to come back to this location for my subs.

The workers act as if they hate they job! Waited 20 minutes I’m the drive thru a worker walked by and saw me at the window and she just kept walking. I then called inside and asked if drive thru was open the lady said yes and came to window. I was then served the nastiest sandwich I had ever eaten before. I surely won’t be returning

I love most subways but never go to this one. It's the worst. I doubt the food is very safe. Very bad customer service and the order has never been actually correct. Surprised I didn't get sick the two times I was dragged there.

I was in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and saw the workers sitting down talking at the tables. I never got helped so I had to go do some errands then come back. There were two people working here at the time. Usually have pretty good service but these people were doing less than the bare minimum. I told the guy that I was here waiting for a long time and no one helped me and he just said "oh okay". Like what I'll give 2 stars because they did help me on the second time lol edited: now I've been waiting for a 6 inch sub for 30 minutes including my wait time lol. Gonna move it down a star.

Not sure why the girl there felt like she needed to take off the lid of the salt shaker to put a "little" on the sandwich but biting into it tasted like I chewed a salt rock. can't finish this foot long, $17 bucks down the drain. Subway is so-so these days.

Definitely won’t be going back. When I walked in I felt rushed to make my order even though I was the only customer in there. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich which has been on their menu for years. They young lady ask me what kind of chicken I want strips or rotisserie I said strips not knowing the difference. Well I go to check out and what should have been around $12-13 turned into almost $20 because it was rang up as a custom sandwich and not a regular menu item. When I looked at my receipt she charged me for a buffalo chicken sandwich and charged me extra for the bacon even though what I asked for was clearly cheaper on the menu. I was told because I got the chicken strips instead of the rotisserie. That is a shady business practice to drive up prices and is about as low as a store can get. Do not go to this restaurant.
