I don't have much time to write alot, but I'll just say that Jevin made a bad night SO much better with his particularly kind soul and considerate nature. Jevin has renewed my sense of trust in fast food. It felt like we were back in the good old days, where people actually treated you like a human when you drove through to get food. Thank you Jevin. I hope your good deeds and proper attitude send you soaring into the stars.

They just stand around talking and playing running outside while your waiting for your food or to be help this was on Feb 14 at 8:39 pm I had already be waiting 20 minutes you need to train your crews on customer service and making food where is the manger while they

These workers don’t know what they’re doing on they’re late night shift, they made me wait 20 minutes for a online order, then gave me the complete wrong order after coming back it was messed up for a second time with wrong items and none of the drinks had syrup when asked for a new one for a 3rd time was told no due to policy and that we would have to pay for a new drink because they “couldn’t give out a free drink”.

Extremely lazy employees. This location is consistently horrible. Ordered 10ish items, all missing ingredients. None of the 4 double stuffed tacos had nacho cheese, neither order of loaded nachos had sour cream or guac and both nachos had minimal cheese. The stacker had no shredded or nacho cheese. I’ve had this location several times and it’s with out a doubt one of the worst franchise locations I’ve been too anywhere in the USA. Avoid at all cost.

Ask anyone in Conway, the Oak Taco Bell is the worst TB ever made. I truly don’t understand how a store can be this bad for so long. Hoping it’s replaced with entirely new staff or AI robots so I don’t have to drive double the distance to another TB because of how bad this one is.
