Today was the third time that I have come to this location. Every single time I come in, their machines are broken. Sometimes the shiver machine, other times, something else. Today, ALL soft serve machines were down. I give up on this location because apparently the owner of this spot has given up as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a mobile order set to be picked up by 12:30. I got to the store by 12:28, there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru line. By the time I finally got to the window, it was 1:02. It is now 1:16 and I have seen multiple people walk by the window and it is yet to even be opened. Obviously, TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I come here there is always an issue. I usually go to the one on Farris but couldn't today because they are closed. I don't ever recommend anyone come here.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes so we called to make sure they were open by simply saying “hey we’re here in the drive through i was just calling to see if there was anyone over here”. “Bailey” unfortunately answered the phone, came to the window and with the worst most embarrassing attitude said “yeah we’re open we’re just busy!” and slammed the window shut. I could not help but want to rip her through the window, but i didn’t :) will be returning and asking bailey to take my order

The ice cream machine has been out for months.The owner is not taking care of the business.The employees don't know when the machine might be fixed.You can only get ice cream from the buckets.Also we requested a large cone but they only had small cones.This location is trending downhill.If anyone knows the owner please tell him/her to fix the restaurant or put it in the funeral home.This location a few years ago was good but now it lacks.I believe Firehouse has much better service.

Don’t place a call in order. We called in our order of 2 sandwiches. This was 20 min before we got there. Once we got there we waited 15 min at the window. The employees kept looking at us and finally opened the window and asked us what we were waiting for. Then we told them a Togo order. They never asked for a name either. Then they said they were starting on them right now. After we got out sandwiches and got home, they were wrong. They left off bacon and pepper jack cheese off of my sandwich and the other one is burnt. I am not pleased with the service.
They make a fantastic chocolate parfait. I'm a s***** for chocolate so I just add more chocolate.

Never know what kind of service you’re going to get. Runs the gamut from adequate to poor. Sometimes employees even run around like chickens with their heads cut off not seeming to know what they’re doing.
