Every wingstop I’ve ever been to has been great, except for this one. Cold chicken and missing items from your order.

I never thought I would say "Winstop's food was their saving grace," but here we are. My takeout order was entirely wrong, so I brought it back and asked to be compensated with an extra nugget or two since I've gotta use my time and milage. I feel that I was fair with my request. But, maybe all the staff just was tired of today's crap or something. There was no "sorry about that," there was no "hey let's check the order and make sure we got it right this time," or nothin. Just a bag on the front counter with my name on it, a couple of staff members that looked annoyed that I dared to get what I paid for, and some quick one word replies to my questions about the quality of the replacement order that showed they'd rather me choke on a mild wing dipped in blue cheese than have me within 10 feet of them for any longer than a few seconds. The replacement wings were fine, as far as Wingstop standards go. But, if you don't want to feel like somebody is angry that you're giving them business, go to Buffalo Wild Wings, Slim Chickens, or any of the other chicken based establishments within 5 miles. The chicken will probably be about the same or better, and at least you'll likely leave in a better mood than when you arrived.

When we 1st entered the store Wingstop #320 Prince St STE 1 Conway Ar we were greeted we such HIGH ENERGY definitely a vibe we opted to stay and eat. They got real busy that crew never broke a sweat same energy food was made to order fresh, hot in a timely matter. We wanted to clean our table and get rid of the trash so a table would be clear and ready for the next customer they said O now just leave it we will take care of that for you. It is not in our nature so we still gather it together they came right out cleared and sanitize the table. For a young crew they were on it and it made the atmosphere so pleasant we wanted to come back and we did days later the next crew different ppl they had the same energy.... KUDOS YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN job well done!!!

Customer service sucks! They can not seem to get your order right, and it's like herding cows, no eye contact, or greetings whatsoever. They mess up and get mad at you. Food is good when it's cooked to your liking.

The lady that took our order was very kind and told us that she would give us a free drink, but when we got there we didn't get a drink. Some of the fries were burnt and some were not but they were COLD AS A POLAR BEAR SITTING ON A ICEBERG ? ?❄

I went in there tonight and it was the worst experience. First they had my order under the wrong name. Got my food fries was cold. One girl was eating behind the counter in front of customers. The floors wasn’t cleaned it. The drink dispenser was nasty had napkins on it. Then I asked for some ranch and the young lady behind the counter response was “I know I put some in the bottom of y’all bag but here yall go.” With an attitude! Need I remind u it was no ranch in the bag to begin with. This was a horrible and a very unprofessional experience I will no be back!!!
The staff was so friendly, I really love the new crew they have in there compared to who they had a few months back. Food was fresh, store was kinda empty and couldn't find a garbage can inside. The wait for food os my only complaint. We we were dine in and we got our food last.

I ordered 50 wings online.I live in Greenbrier. When my son picked up the wings and got home with them, they had shorted us 20 wings. My son called them, they said "What do you want to do?" He said "I'll come get the wings." They said okay and hung up on him. He went all the way back to pick them up and the cook in the back argued with him and cursed him. They finally gave him the wings, reluctantly. I would have given them 0 stars but you can't post a review unless you give at least one star.They were very unprofessional and I will be sure to spread the word, believe me!

Placed 50-piece takeout order. Only received 1/2 of wings ordered. Got home (15 min drive) - kids started eating, then noticed wings missing. Called store - employee told me I had to bring the entire bag back to store because they “couldn’t take my word” on missing food…. Seriously - on a $60 order! Been a custom that location for over 10 years - needless to say - I’ll never be back!!

I really thought my sandwich was good...I had the chicken lemon herb zesty with voodoo fries and ranch and my husband got the barbecue chicken sandwich and we shared the voodoo fries. The food was pretty good but it took them almost 45 minutes to make our 2 sandwiches and a large voodoo fry to share....
