The last four times we've tried to visit they were closed due to technical difficulties. Today they are closed again and have three notices from UPS on the door. I guess they are permanently closed. We loved having lunch here too.

I ordered a pizza through Door Dash. When Door Dash arrived, theanager informed her she ran out of cheese and wouldn't be making the pizza, literally through her out of the restaurant and locked the door. Several times I've tried to order from this place through Door Dash, it would always show that they would be out of most of the ingredients and wouldn't allow me to complete the order. I'm pretty sure this was my last attempt. After waiting for an hour for food, not only did I not get the food I bought, the manager was incredibly rude, couldn't understand how any of this was her problem, and hung up on me. This place is a joke. The poor Door Dash woman was in tears, said the se girls I rude to her everytime she picks up an order from this place.

Me and a buddy showed up not too far from closing, but they welcomed us and were very polite. Out of a few toppings, but the pizza was delicious regardless and I'll definitely be swinging by to try the gelato again sometime. It's quite similar to Blaze Pizza, (it's also very slightly cheaper) so if you like Blaze, I definitely recommend it!

I know business are hurting for staff but this place is clearly poorly ran. We brought friends here because our last visit was fairly decent and I lost track of how many times I heard "we're out of that". The process of ordering takes far longer than I like. There were only 2 girls preparing food for all the orders in store and online. The food was still great but the wait is just killer. It's clear to see they are falling behind other comparable restaurants in getting back to normal. I hope they solve their inventory problem. I think we will give this place a rest for a few months and let them get their stuff together.

I have always been a huge fan of your pie. I once had it 5 days in a row. Today was just, sad. I wasn't acknowledged or even looked in the eye for over 10 minutes. The apparent manager busied herself with opening large condiment bottles, shifting "a" pizza once. Throwing an aluminum pan in the oven then disappearing. She looked around the corner and said, " be with you in a minute." Her coworker stood not 2 feet from me and never even looked at me. She was so engrossed by looking at the menu and with much frustration piecing a salad together. After 20 minutes the other girl came and asked what we wanted. I told her , she told me they were out of what I wanted. We left, and the 5 people in line behind us were left to deal with the horrible staff. Oh and did I forget to mention that we are white and the staff was black? Yeah, I'm really starting to feel like it matters if I am white to some people. Sad, very sad.

My food and ice cream were excellent. I always enjoy coming to Your Pie when I am in Conway. I would have rated my experience 5 stars but I was pretty shocked to see how poorly one of the owners treated a new employee. I went to eat at 1 o’clock with 3 other friends and 2 more people came in behind us when we were ordering. The employee making our meals was new and making our meals in a timely fashion. When I was making my order, the owner walked up and acted very rudely to the employee making my order. Me and my friends looked at each other and were very surprised how poorly the employee was being treated. He ordered him to go clean the stove while the owner proceeded to make our meals. The owner then dropped my friend’s sandwich so they were not able to eat their meal until 10 minutes after we got ours.

Pizza was amazing! Cheesy bread sticks was ok.. They had adult beverages but wasn’t serving any, might have to do with employment issues but not 100% sure.

Great Pizza and Pasta. They also have Beer, Wine, and Gelato!!!I would've given 5 Stars but when I got up to leave my pants stuck to the seat....A LOT. They need to clean the seats and tables. That was way too much. I'll still be back to try more stuff. This was my 1st visit.

Really wanted to eat here. I was excited to try the pizza, but alas, they were unable to serve me because the gluten free pizza crust was frozen. Super disappointed! We tried to eat here once before and when we arrived the location was closed. Not sure we'll try again.

I went for a pizza and a beer. I ordered the Great White. extra virgin olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, ricotta, feta. They are out of Ricotta. I ordered a beer. They are out of 6 of their 8 beers. I was going to sit down at the bar, but there was an employee's laptop at one seat, a phone charger across 2 more seats and an apron across the bar in front of the other seats. Makes me question their cleanliness. 3 employees with no masks. (I don't know how they got me in CA. I haven't lived in CA in 54 years.) 2nd visit, still no bar space for customers.

The food items are good! Everything is great! The only thing is, I don’t see a sense of urgency in the employees. They seem to be moving in slow motion. Whether it’s crowded or not, I want my food to be prepared as efficiently as possible. Other than that, again, everything is amazing!
