Lady that worked there tried stealing money from me, total was 9.40 i gave her a 20 and she only gave me 5 back. I said i gave you a twenty and she said oh i thought you gave me 15 but i only gave one single 20 dollar bill. she then proceeded to pull 5 out of her fanny pack and i asked for the receipt. says change owed was 60 cents. She marked it as I gave her a 10 so she didn’t put the total in correctly on the machine either. Fire that thief! i will be keeping the receipt.

I asked for salt and pepper. I was charged 25 for each packet. Ridiculous!!! Also, the oil in their fryer needs to be replaced it's awful.

My family budget allows me to pick up dinner for my family a couple of times a week. My family will not be eating Sonic again. Charging 25 cents for a packet of salt, omg, you have got to be a complete idiot to pay for that and an even bigger idiot for trying to charge me for something most restaurants give for free!!! Your food is mediocre at best!!!
I don't like to leave bad reviews but when I come there and I pay $4.50 for a lime aide with extra strawberries and you give me a cup full of ice..nothing but lazyness i wont come bk...

Ordered through the app, which is very convenient if you don't really like talking to people. Once checked in my order was out super fast and my carhop was super sweet. Unlike a majority of the sonics I've been to, this one is on top of their stuff and super friendly!

First girl that came on was SNOTTY AND RUDE. Apparently, when you're a Sonic that closes at 10PM and you pull up at 9:15, you're interrupting their schedule.The second lady was a little more customer conscious, still a little rushing while we ordered. However, don't dare ask them about the favorite of everyone, the Tuesday night family night, buy one get one #1 burger. They will abruptly tell you their store doesn't honor that and never has, instead of saying we ONLY offer that in the app. Which this I have and would have been more than happy to back out of my order and ordered through it instead.I have come to the conclusion that they are a very rich store as well as their employees so therefor if you get there 45min before closing, they really don't need your business.My recommendation is if your driving down down HWY 7, and it's 9 pm or later, go on into Russellville and take a chance at a more customer friendly restaurant.

I know that they are short staffed, but how come everything I order is always wrong? And 10/10 times my order is drinks. And if I ever do get food aka mozzarella sticks, they don't give me any sauces....thats criminal.There's no reason why 3 drinks should take 45 minutes with me finally pulling up to the window and demanding my order. No sir.
