We had a larger party but the restaurant was almost empty, we had an excellent waiter, Adriana, however the manager had only assigned her to wait over us. The alcohol drinks had NO alcohol in them at all, the kitchen was forgetting our orders and it took over 2 hours for everyone's food to get out, there were maybe 13 of us who only ordered 1-3 things total. Some of the food was uncooked and orders were being mixed up. I would not recommend whatsoever. No thank you on the survey, I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Parking: Forget about the parking. It was plenty of space available because it wasn’t packed. I waited almost 30 mins before I ordered and I had to walk the other side of the bar to place an order. The barber tender took another customers order right over me and NEVER addressed me. Not be with you in a min sir or anything. The whole bar smelled like sour towels. It was stinky all over the bar. The menu had alcohol or something all over it. And it was even a big crowd there. Very, very poor management.

For several years I heard bad reviews and did not eat at Applebees, fast forward to Saturday night. Everyone wanted something different so we picked Applebees. Service was slow but we waited (8:30 pm/half full). Finally ordered (a couple of appetizers and 3 full meals). Waiter never wrote anything down? Waited 30 more minutes am I saw a waitress wondering around trying to find where to deliver an appetizer to but not to me. 10 minutes later our waiter brought the same appetizer to my table and I told him I did not want it since it has been under the noses of half the restaurant. Told him to take it off my ticket. Waited another 20 minutes and got nothing. I left $5 for my glass of tea and we left. Moral to the story, do not eat at Applebees.

The food was great their cooks did a good job the only reason I'm giving a 2 star! We came in for lunch there were barely any other customers took 20 mins before someone ever even came to our table. When she came she took our food and drink order at the same time however it took her an additional 20 minutes to get our drinks and another 10 minutes to get sugar for my tea. Then it was another 20 minutes before we got our appetite zero then finally our food arrived. Seriously if you have anything else to do during the day don't come here so super slow!!!

Waiter never checked on us. she was at the counter on her phone couldn’t even get a refill. Horrible I wanted to get up and walk out.Kid-friendliness: My child ordered a burger and the burger wasn’t done
Nothing special at all about this Applebee's. Food was just okay....chicken breast very dry and overcooked as was the prime rib on the sandwich. Won't be returning here.

As I’m sitting here now. The waitress has only came to my table once. I’ve asked my napkins and plastic utensils at lest five times and received them. Here for all you can eat and only been served once and place an order twice. The customer service is absolutely terrible!!
