Placed an order at the window. Lady on the speaker is yelling at her coworkers that she can’t hear me, due to their loudness and playing in the background. I get to the window (after she had confirmed everything I ordered at the speaker) to be told they don’t know what I had. Unacceptable. Completely wasted my time in line.

Horrible if I could give negative stars I would have. Someone put there trash in my food bag. And someone ate a box of my four pc. Nuggets and left the sauce and empty box in my bag of food.
It's McDonald's, wether or not your experience is good or bad is really gonna depend on what time of day, along with who's working that day, wether you go inside or use drive thru, & most importantly your attitude towards the people working there.. If your nice & polite, then so are they, usually.... I mean it's McDonald's, it's not the ideal job or best paying, so you can't expect 5☆ treatment folks..Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps for all entrances..

I've only ever visited this particular location once. After a long workday (ending at about 9:30 pm), I was desperate for some easily-handled food to consume while driving back across the state. I went through the double drive-through. The employees were very polite, and after about seven or so minutes, I left with my twenty piece order of Chicken McNuggets. No complaints here. If ever in the area again, I would definitely return.
