During my recent visit to Popeye’s Kitchen, located conveniently across from the Fairfield Inn El Dorado, I encountered friendly service from cashier Marquees, whose promptness and warmth enhanced my overall experience. One of the associates also made rounds to check on all guests, which added a nice touch. However, despite ordering the Ghost Pepper wings, I found them lacking in the flavor intensity. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables left much to be desired.

They were extremely backed up with it being Easter. The manager did an outstanding job by stating on top of her employees and kept them motivated in a fun atmosphere. Mutual respect between all during a very hectic time. The manager constantly kept updating customers with times and emphatically apologized for the overwhelming amount of orders, causing an extended wait time. Went in for lunch around 12:45. All of the staff was extremely quick and courteous. We waited a little bit for our food but it was the lunch rush. The food was extremely fresh and did not disappoint in any area. Definitely recommend the blackened tenders.
Very slow drive thru. Never have Spicy chicken ready. It's almost always a 15 minute wait if I want it.

It’s sad that you can’t even place an order at this restaurant because they are just that slow. We arrived with 3-4 cars ahead of us in line. We sat in line 20-30 mins before we finally just gave up and left. Businesses should go back to true customer service, prioritizing time and stop having people pull up to wait. It does nothing to ensure efficiency.

Some days Popeyes is on the ball with orders and others they aren't doing anything. I guess it depends on the employees that are working. Sometimes they are very helpful and some days they ignore you in line or give your food to someone else and make you wait longer for an item that was supposed to be yours.

Management needs to get a handle on their employees making racial remarks at the window when it’s open for the drive thru customers… just sayin.didn’t even get any honey for my biscuits… thanx! And the Mac and cheese looks super dry !
