It's just OK. The coffee is just meh, and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes the girls are sweet and sometimes they seem irritated that I dare come ask them for their services. Honestly prefer PJs even if I'm not in a "going in mood."

This review is only for the el dorado location. This morning I was sent out to get coffee and she told me about a local place but their expressso machine was broken so ziggy was the only other place besides McDonald’s. I should have cancelled my order when the two workers were complaining about customers but we needed coffee. I got a salted caramel and took 1 sip. Awful! It literally tastes like those k kup cappuccinos that taste horribly watered down. Their menu is way too busy and they need to focus quality. It’s not the first time I burnt a $5 bill. But now I still need coffee for my 8 hour drive and Ill just have to stop at the next town over ??♂️

Ordered $40 worth of coffee to be told they don't take $100. No signs anywhere saying they don't take $100. If you don't take money how do you stay in business. Will never go back to be disappointed because some people use cash and if an order is more than $20 its just stupid to not accept bigger bills. Especially with NO SIGN!

There is truly no benefit to using the app, unless you are doing it strictly to earn points. It is more of a hassle to use the app (which has vague instructions regarding pickup). I pulled up today and the staff member in my opinion was not polite. Also, items on the app are not available.

Coffee is good, no doubt about it. $7 and some change is to high for large cup of ice coffee though, but had to try it since I had never been there before. Drive-Thru was a bit sluggish on a Saturday morning, staff was friendly.
