We did not get a reservation, so we were directed to go to the back. The back had a bar & live singing. You could still order off the grotto menu. We ordered the salmon & steak which was amazing food!!! The service at the bar was not very good. The lady at the bar seemed spaced out. We ordered more drinks & waited for over 30 minutes. We had to ask another waiter for more drinks. Our ticket was never turned in. We waited over an hour for our food & drinks. I would recommend doing a reservation with the restaurant.

Delicious! We had the quail poppers and filet mignon, Grotto style. The service was amazing. Highly recommend!Parking: We had to park on Spring St and walk a bit. Not terrible but I wasn't prepared in heels. There is parking by the restaurant, it's just limited.

So good, ate there 3 nights in a row. Wine selection is thorogh and reasonable. Salmon with garlic butter knocked my socks off, so good! Only suggestion is to warm the plates for plated food (steak, asparagus, etc.). Staff is beyond wonderful, each and every one of them!

We have dined here since 2017, and it is the most consistent venue in the Eureka Springs area. Grotto is a must when in Eureka Springs. Recommendations include the smoked naked wings, filet, cedar plank salmon, asparagus, grotto fires, and don't forget the salted caramel cake.

Food was delicious! Got the two small platters smoked brisket and creakstone sliders with grotto fries and shared. The creekstone sliders melted in my mouth while the smoked brisket offered a delicious smoky flavor ! Out of the two highly recommend the creekstone sliders if your looking for a melt in your mouth experience! The seating was relaxing, we got the seat next to the window tucked in a corner! Food came out within ten minutes of ordering!

We have eaten at Grotto many times and this last time was particularly good. We always love the quail popper, brussel sprouts and Grotto fries, but the pork chop was particularly outstanding, as was the salmon--bith cooked to perfection! Tried the naked wings for the first time--they were huge and delicious, and we paired them with the chipotle aioli. Everything was outstanding! Thank you!

Best steak that my husband and I have had hands down. It was cooked perfectly. We tried the shrimp ciabatta for an apptetizer it did not dissapoint. Awesome service not intrusive but intuitive of when we needed something. We loved the food, the service, and the over all vibe. We will definitely be making this a tradition of dining here when we come down.Parking: Not alot of places to park is the only issue we had. That being said if your there at dinner time it made for a lovely evening stroll.
