We made plans to visit for Mother's Day. We arrived at 1:20 and the place was ready closed. I was highly disappointed. The coffee is usually good, but the donuts have been stale. The staff is not very friendly, and the none of the donuts are properly labeled, making it very difficult to order at the counter.

I go to this donut shop frequently and the workers are incredibly kind and friendly! I have also seen them at very busy moments and the whole team is working hard to get their costumers taken care of quickly while maintaining good customer service. I have noticed that the option to tip them on the card machine has left and I hope it will be put it back on there. The employees deserve the extra tips.

I worked at Cronuts for a total over 3 months. Everyday I was harassed everyday to an extent that a customer threatened to walk out as well. I quit because Sam ‘claims to be owner’ Takes all the tips and keeps them for himself. Credit and cash. I had received a two dollar tip from a customer and Sam came and told me to take it out of my pocket and put it in our sharing tip bucket. Not one of the employees receives any tips besides him. Today he tried to refuse to give me my W2 and tried to tell me that it’s against the law to give me my own W2.I just wanted everyone to know someone who can take their own tips from their own employees is completely legal but isn’t right.I absolutely want to thank all of the wonderful customers I served and my co workers who deserve so much more than a boss who takes from his own employees!

Good selection of donuts and other treats. They have a variety of breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and more.
Unfortunately, the donuts were not fresh and actually inedible once getting them home. (I got a dozen various donuts) However, their kolaches were very good when heated up a bit (they were also a bit cold).I’d like to try it out again and see if it was just an “off” day!
