Paid nearly $6 for an energy drink on the rocks, which lasted me, maybe 5 sips. Even though the drink tasted average at best, the service was another story. I've received better customer service from my drill instructors when I went through boot camp than from the employees here. They appeared annoyed that I was there and apathetic. Look, I've had a rough day too but you're in customer service. There are a ton of other options popping up around Northwest Arkansas, especially places like Scooters coffee. Been to 7Brew maybe 5 times, and I don't think I'll be back. Attached the slogan on the cup they gave me for the irony.

Went for our 2nd time. Got 2 mixed berry smoothies. Got to pick up and they gave us wrong flavor. Didn't really apologize for their mess up. (I have a camera in my car, I went back to make sure I wasn't being a Karen and did order the right flavor) Got our right ones and left, noticed that they really just didn't have much flavor. Not our cup of tea. But I do appreciate the way they try to get you in and out quickly.
Stopped in this morning and ordered a large Hot Cinnamon Roll and I got this size. I guess this is a large 20 oz. Seems smaller then that tho. Guess I'll stick with chillers.

To the crew that was working at 7am on 1/13 you all are the best!! There was a hiccup with a large order that was placed prior to an event that I had. When we got there they were unaware of this order. They stepped up and pulled the order together in literally 15 or 20 mins! We are thankful for you!
