Hm, used to like Arby's a lot. I called the store the lady was rude as hell for zero reason. Whatever her name is, stop letting her answer the phone. Clearly she can't handle it. Didn't get her name but she sounded young ish, if she is overwhelmed, do something about it. Not a fan, Arby's. My order came out fast so I guess the place can't be too busy. Did not get what I wanted. Mayo looks questionable. There's ice in my drink, which if the lady could speak reasonably, (which is her job,) she would've understood that's all I wanted to call about. Id like to know her name so I can avoid her next time. Thanks.

Delicious French dip, I really like the au jus. Mozzarella sticks are tasty. Not a very personable worker, but not everyone is made for customer

Even if they're totally dead, don't expect to get greeted. And be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes to get acknowledged. WORST SERVICE EVER
