“Went for my 25th birthday with some friends! We didn't order food so I can't speak to it, I did have a drink that was good but admittedly hard to focus on drinking (or eating probably) while singing your heart out with your friends. All of us agreed we want to come again because it was so fun!“
“Very good burger place on the Fayetteville square. It's got a classic vibe, which is assisted by it being underground. Service was really good; our food came out in a reasonable time and our drinks were never empty.I got the normal cheeseburger and it was really good. I shared the basket of fries with 3 others and it was a huge portion (for a great price). Unfortunately, they weren't super good. But overall the restaurant great and a definite staple in Fayetteville.“
“Absolutely love this bar since changing ownership, Melissa is an absolute wonderful person, and all of her bartenders are great. To have a lgbtq+ safe space is absolutely comforting to be able to walk into a bar and not be misgendered or discriminated against is awesome. The specials are great and she carries beers that not every other bar has.“
“The AMPM Bar is the coziest bar in all of Fayetteville. Like a previous review mentioned, the atmosphere of AMPM is like visiting a good friend. Especially if your friend is a little folksy, a little whimsical, and really into making their own delicious sake infusions. I also love that AMPM is a beer/cider/wine/sake bar. It’s hard to explain but the absence of hard liquor just makes this place feel like a safer, less chaotic vibe than anywhere else nearby. Also— the owners/operators Chandler and Eryn are not just bar keepers, but keepers and caregivers of the local community. They help connect their patrols and create opportunity. Just stand-up people all around.“
“Everyone, stop what you’re doing and come here. Haven and Allen are the best!!! They make their cocktails with intention and passion - they know what they’re doing! We absolutely loved our time here. Dont walk, RUN TO THE VAULT! Loved their El Diablo, Hummus drink, old fashioned, uncrustables, and snacks. This place was a legit dream!!“
“Brand new to Fayetteville from California and I think I stumbled into my new favorite dive bar. Nikki aka Momma and her staff made my day. The food was great. The drinks were awesome. The service was beyond excellent and the price for everything was just right. I will definitely be coming back for some food, drinks and play some pool. If you're looking for a nice spot in the neighborhood away from Dickson street this is definitely the spot to go.“
“It weird, different, eclectic, and cool all at the same time. You need to experience it for yourself - pics and a review don't do it justice. The unique Kava drinks go right along with the theme and the selection of CBD products is solid. The hidden gem of this place is the way back room, aka "Club 509". They have some cool live entertainment from comedy to open mic to music. I was just there on Tuesday night to see Randall Shreve (he's there every Tuesday) and I was blown away! Such a talent! He won't be playing small venues for long so I would check it out soon.“
“Great little bar with a cozy atmosphere. We went to catch a show recently and the sound quality was very good - clean, well mixed, and loud but not ear shatteringly so. Hats off to the sound guy! The Lagunitas IPA was fresh, the bartender was attentive, an all around good time out.“
“I recently came here for the first time and the place seemed to be full of friendly regulars, and the service was great. What inspired me to leave this review is that the bartender, Britney, makes an amazing Old Fashioned. While it's not the most complicated drink to make, it's a complicated one to master, and I had her make me a few with different spirts, and she hit it perfect every time. That's talent!“
“Wood Stone has always been my go-to place for a solid meal with great flavor and service. Everything will come out with quality, great ingredients, and taste. Don't sleep on the starters or salads, which can be (and are) full meals. My go-to salad is the wedge with a creamy gorgonzola dressing, apples, candied pecans, and pork belly.“
“Every time I go to this place, the service is great, the pricing is reasonable and they do a wonderful job of supporting local artists which includes drawings paintings, poetry, stand-up, comedy, and of course, some musicians. Great place to hang out!“
“A favorite local spot that keeps Fayetteville funky. Nothing fancy but it has a unique atmosphere - indoors and out. Good selection of beers and cocktails. When the weather is nice and the patio is open, it's a great place to hear live music. I don't think I've ever paid a cover charge! Blake, the bartender in the back on Sunday's, is a favorite as well. Keep up the good work, Kingfish!“
“Renovated windowless old bar probably grandfathered in to the fire code. Had a really nice absinthe drink here prepared in a cinematic fashion. There are dart boards and romantic booths in the back. Funny how often those things are coupled.“
“One of the first places I came once I turned 21 and it was amazing. I always feel safe drinking here and feel safe with all the bartenders. The manager Jay is so sweet and will take very good care of everyone and always make sure my friends and I are safe when drinking around so many people. Absolutely LOVE this place!!“
“Dietary restrictions: If you are looking for a delicious pizza without allergens, Mellow Mushroom is the place! As a family with dairy allergies, the vegan cheese is the best we have tried. It’s so creamy and melts perfectly. And the gluten free crust is my absolute favorite. It’s not cracker thin, and has a delicious whole grain like flavor that makes feel like I’m not missing out on a real pizza experience. We also love the fresh ingredients and on tap beer selections. Yum!!“
“The meal was absolutely delicious, and we almost licked the plate clean, but it's a fancy place, so we refrained from being too extravagant. The quality of everything has always been top-notch, after every repeat trip we make their. Definitely a not-so-hidden local gem!Dietary restrictions: Has GF choices“
“If you haven't been to the rec. you haven't been to Fayetteville, I don't care how long you've lived here. This place is the hidden little working class soul of Dickson street. You can always find a cold beer and an honest conversation here.“
“I've always enjoyed infusion for the karaoke scene. It's got a vibe that lets you know it's all about the fun. Even if you sound terrible you won't feel that way coming off the mic. That being said I have heard some wonderful singers perform their best here. Good drink deals and a fun, friendly atmosphere.“
“I've been here a few times, the first time was for my friend's 21st birthday, and it's always been a good time. It wasn't very busy when we got there (but it was early and a Wednesday) but by the time we were leaving, it started to get a little busier. The seating here is comfortable and they have a couple pinball machines, and a pool table in the back that's only $1 in quarters to play. Overall, it's a good Dickson street bar, would reccomened.“
“The Dickson St Pub is another great establishment located on Dickson St. The atmosphere here isn't like your typical college bar like Shotz, it is chill. It does get crowded on weekends. They also have an upstairs patio that has nice views of Dickson St. Need to order the hog punch here.“
“Loved this place! Was right across from our little hotel so made for a convenient walk to lunch. Awesome draft and cocktail selection. Good food. The staff were all great as well as the manager. Really nice outdoor patio too for when the weather warms up ? Would definitely recommend to anyone in the “
“This place is SO COOL. The vibes are perfect for studying, reading, or just grabbing a drink/coffee! The music is incredible, the mules are to die for, and the coffee is the best I’ve had in all of Fayetteville. Also the owners are so friendly and love to chat w customers! This is my new favorite spot!!“
“This is a great bar, and I love that they have seasonal cocktails. They changed the whole bar up for Halloween and Christmas. The pinball games get changed for Halloween too. The staff is always on point. Just a great little bar to drop in and hang out for a couple of cocktails and play some pinball. They have a nice patio too. The crowds are chill and have a wide age range.“
