Stopped tonight for dinner with my daughter and I can honestly say we will never be back. We ordered only to find out as the waiter was bringing out my daughters food that they were out of what I ordered. I fully understand that restaurant run out of things however, to wait until you are bringing out another entrée to inform me of this was ridiculous. Once I did get my food the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold as well as the shrimp being the blandest I have ever eaten. My daughter went the rest of her meal without a drink; our whole experience was awful. I would have expressed my concerns to our waiter but he was to busy standing at the bar talking. When he did finally come and asked how things were I mentioned some of our displeasures to which we only received a “oh I’m sorry” as he walked away.
The food was not great first of all. Waitress was acting fine and when i asked for the manager and she finally came out after 30 MINUTES, she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. Don’t know what her problem was my food was just cold and undercooked. It’s not fault that happened I just wanted it cooked again properly. Second of all, every server seemed so stressed out and the general manager was being a TOTAL A-HOLE to her OWN SERVERS!!! after me and her talked for a bit she asked me to leave because “just because your food got cold doesn’t mean we have to remake it.” DOES NOT EVERY RESTAURANT DO THIS?!? I OBVIOUSLY JUST WANTED A GOOD MEAL AFTER WORKING 12 HOURS. i usually never leave reviews but this place left me shaking, quaking and seething in anger. oh hell no i will never come again!

The food was just what I wanted: a great Reuben on marble rye with a side of thick tomato soup! My gin and tonic was very good: Bombay Sapphire does the trick. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is definitely "sports bar", but at noon on Friday it was quiet and mostly middle-aged customers. I enjoyed my time there and I plan to return. I liked the booth seating
