Being from Oklahoma, we love Braums. The service was so incredibly slow here. The indoor dining area was messy and it took 30 minutes to get our food. I'm not sure if they are understaffed, training new employees, or couldn't handle the volume. There were only 2 other families there when we arrived. I'm not sure why the delay was so long.

My husband and I went to this Braums a while ago and got raw chicken. I was determined not to go back but pregnancy cravings hit and I really wanted a brownie sundae. My husband added fries with gravy and chicken with ranch. After ordering we pulled up to pay and they didn’t have anything but the sundae after he repeated the order back. We corrected it and paid but then they gave us our order with just the chicken, gravy, and fries. No sundae or ranch. They finally gave us our sundae and ranch but this time the sundae was wrong. They then “fixed it” with the right flavor icecream and we drove off. After driving off I realized this time they just forgot the brownie in my brownie sundae.Side notes: all the employees were incredibly rude, we asked for napkins maybe 10 times and drove off with not a single napkins, the ranch was chunky and disgusting.

Food is good, but it would be nice if all the items available for breakfast were actually shown on the menu. We wanted country breakfasts and pancakes, both of which were available, but did not show on the menu and the person at the register didn't know if they had the breakfasts.
Old store. There is never enough staff working. Milk shortage and always have to wait several minutes for someone to check out at the sales counter. Have been to store on multiple occasions with many employees on break at the same time and drive thru 10 cars deep.

Used drive thru, attendant was overwhelmed, but thorough. Only 3 people were working, they got the job done and customers had a little longer wait. I hope the Manager was one of the three, if they cannot properly man a shift, then they should be there to help.
