Not impressed. I ordered takeout, and showed up when the website said it would be ready. I waited for 30 minutes before my food came out, and when it did it wasn't even warm - it had apparently been sitting in the back for a while. The sauce was completely absorbed on my traditional wings. Will not be back to this location.

I've been there several times, but never again. I don't recall a time when my order was correct. If I requested no cheese on a sandwich, it would have cheese. If I requested plain wings,, they would be drenched in sauce. And when I did finally get the correct food, the fries were probably the same ones, definitely not fresh. I talked to the manager today. He just stood stone-faced, no apology or at least a lie that he'd talk to the staff.I had bad experiences at Applebee's in Springdale. The manager told me he was implementing changes, and asked that I give them one more try. It is so much better now! I'll never know if BWW improves.

A group of 7 of us came here on Valentine's Day... Was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait... Half of the restaurant was closed off... The hostess came back and said that instead of the original 15 minute wait it was going to be a long wait... He couldn't even give us an estimated wait time outside of the 15 minutes we have been waiting and was told... Very understaffed and very unprofessional especially on a day like today...
Ordered online, waited for two hours, then was told they cancelled our order.

Poor service. Even poorer excuses. Was told I was in a section that did not have a server. Yet it was staff who seated me in that section. Not to mention the several wait staff walking back and forth never even bothering to ask if I had been helped.
