Terrible service from on-shilf manager. AFTER SHE ADMITED SHE ADMITED THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY COMEPLETE ORDER. Would not give a refund for missing items from Mmy order. She refused to listen to the me while I to ted to explain as to why I was not able to come back to the store to. This Mgr would not allow me a moment to explain my perspective and because I used a cuss word because I was so frustrated by her handling of the situation. So here I am leaving them a bad review.

Awful service. Been to numerous burger kings and have never been denied a request for lemonade as my drink when going through the drive-thru. That all changed today when I was told that lemonade is only offered inside not for drive-thru. Menu in the drive-thru showed it as available. If it was something not offered it shouldn't have been on the drive thru menu

Two different chicken sandwiches were overcooked. The spicy chicken and the original chicken. Fries were good, cheesy tots really good.Update: Bacon King is pretty good, I need to start asking for fresh off the broiler every time though.
I ordered a whopper jr. you might as well change the name to minuscule jr. the meat patty is so small now. It doesn’t fit the bun and is paper thin. I guess I’ll skip this restaurant in the furture. This use to be my favorite burger. Can’t even taste the meat.

It's not Burger King's fault for following what the home office recommends or insists on what should be sold at any of their restaurants but the Shrooms and Swiss should be reevaluated due to the lack of flavor to start. The location provides a good atmosphere along with swift service but the new melts are not a wise choice. You can't serve a sourdough sandwich without the buns being buttered. As I stated earlier, the staff is worth the visit but I advise staying away from the melts.

This is the worst BK I have ever been to, and I'm 69 yo so there ya go. My orders are never right. I have to sit in the drive, tho and check it. The fries are always cold, and the chicken nuggets are the worst ever.
