I have been trying to eat cleaner and track my food. Tracking food makes it hard to have meals away from home. I came to cava today and asked if they could help me track my meal and they went above and beyond on helping me know what I was eating. Christian was a great help. Will frequent cava from now
I am such a fan of cava. Their balsamic date chicken bowl is so good and flavorful. I love that in my experience the ingredients are always fresh. Their roasted eggplant dip is also a favorite of mine as well. So good!
