Didn't bother telling us they were out of something until we paid for it. Since it was part of a ($60+) meal, they couldn't refund it without breaking it up and charging a second time, and refused to replace it with anything that would be enough for the whole group we had there either, or even enough for just the kids. Employee followed me back to the table to tell us that we still got a great deal somehow, even though they just bait & switched us. Believe it or not, this news about the money didn't lessen the kid's disappointment.

Really empty but clean and good service. Food is really expensive, but I guess that's part of the experience. We love the all you can play timed cards and that we can pause it for kids to eat.

I took my kids a Friday night.The costumer service was terrible.I was asking an employee about points included with then purchase of food.Since it was late I didn’t want my family to drink soda so I requested 4 cups for water and she told me “ just make sure you get water “ !Canceled my order!!Bad attitude and on top of that rude !
