Today, I embarked on a culinary exploration of Fayetteville's food truck scene, and my inaugural stop was Chuzo’s Sabor Latino. To my delight, the Tripleta Sandwich was good. Sadly, I missed out on sampling their array of salsas because I didn’t know they existed until I read that other part of the menu. I did try the one that comes with the sandwich which is a mayo-ketchup. Not too fond of it. Unexpectedly, the inclusion of French fries within the sandwich caught me off guard. Yet, if that's the customary presentation of a steak sub in Ecuador, I'm inclined to honor their culinary traditions. However, should I revisit, I'll opt to have my fries served on the side.

Delish! I love Street food and Latin flavors and they exceeded expectations. I tried a bit of everything (empanadas, chuzos, beans, all the yummy sauces, and churros) and enjoyed every bite. Can't wait to order again.

I love it that I can tell the guy is having fun cooking & serving ! He IS proud of the Outstanding food ! The empanadas (chicken) have just enough spice & citrus...Chicken on a stick is a Hit, the beans & rice with it are soooo tasty! Spiced to perfection The potatoes was also crispy & unique cut ... The only reason I didn't give 5 stars; is no salsa! And more garnish at least more cilantro! Looked like the plastic wear is compostable?? This will be a weekly stop!! Food and service is absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely incredible. I got the shrimp chuzos and was blown away. I got the entre to go and the presentation inside of the plastic to go container was awesome! The meal was outstanding. I’ve been looking for authentic Hispanic food in Fayetteville for over three years… the search is over. I’m so over the moon about this food truck and WILL be back AGAIN!!! You can tell the owners and chefs have put a lot of effort into their work.Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian options.Parking: Lots of parking!Dietary restrictions: The lady taking my order was eager to help me get around my pork allergy!
