Ordered three large pizzas and was charged $65, after paying a notice the single topping pizza is only $11. The manager said that was a coupon and he’s not allowed to tell the customer that they have a better price available and would not refund the difference. So beware, make sure you know the pricing or they will charge you the highest possible price. Just go to Tim’s Pizza on Mission, much better pizza, and basically the same price.

Consistency is the key word here. I know I'm going to get a good pizza fast. I tried the extravaganza last night and it was excellent. I typically order the marble cookie brownies too, but I exercised a little will power and decided not to - but it was really hard because those are awesome.

The deep dish pizza was served with gooey, stretchy, gummy dough and was seriously undercooked. To answer that’s the way it always is meant that the person answering the phone did not believe their customer. The. Dough. Was. Raw. Not butter infused. Not “just the way it always is”. Not borderline. Somebody needs a lesson in how to respond to customer service issues. He was obviously not the owner. The owner would know that the best gauge of quality control is customer feedback.

We did a curbside pickup. They came out after the estimated time, but not by long. Pizza was still hot and tasted good ?

I ordered two medium two topping pizzas for pickup, drive 20 minutes into town to pick them up. Get home to eat, and as soon as I open the box it’s only 4-5 slices IN BOTH BOXES and not even the toppings I ordered. This goes to show that you should ALWAYS check your order before you leave!!! Since this has never happened before I didn’t think I needed to check but now I will definitely be checking. Store number is #9607. Better refund my money back! You’re better than this Fayetteville, AR.
