This place is awsome, the guy at the front desk is just awsome. We left the hospital and he heard us talking, so he gave us all a free ice cream on the way out. Great food too.

I drove across town , waited in the drive thru 15 minutes, only to get home and not get any gravy. Boo!
They microwave all the food. They take an old burger, completely build it, put it in a box and then microwave it. The lady working the drive thru confirmed this is the standard. Comes out thermonuclear hot and tasting like a microwave. Don't make the same mistake I made.

If I could give a 0 for service I would. I patiently waited at the counter for 20 minutes,and was ignored. They took people's orders around me and when it got to the point I was the only one left the person working the front walked away to do drive thru.They looked/noticed me multiple times I'm not sure if they were rude or just incompetent.

I come here often only bc my Autism kiddo loves the fries but almost every time they forget to give us the gravy Dipping sauce. My other complaint is how slow the service is. I'm currently waiting for the gravy they said they would bring right out, it's 12:56 p.m., the date stamp on my receipt is 12:40.
