Sydney is a great waitress and very friendly. She is quick to service and made sure our food was hot and ready. The food was so amazing that I could “slap yo momma.” Highly recommend Eat my Catfish!!!!

Came here with my boyfriend to get some crawfish and we didn’t like it as much as we previously had times before. So we called and told them our issues with the food and our concerns were received in the most helpful and friendly manner. The manager, Juan, was super kind and fixed all the problems we had and never made us feel like a nuisance for complaining about it. I definitely recommend coming here and trying their crawfish!!

My husband and I ate here for the first time recently. The cashier that took our order was so sweet and kind. All of our food was very good, nothing was overcooked. The catfish was tender and flaky, the baked beans were very good and the fried shrimp was cooked perfectly. The cashier even came over to our table after the meal and asked how everything was, very good service! We were pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience we had, especially after reading some of the other reviews. We look forward to returning for another visit!

Expensive, small portions, constantly having to walk up to the front desk to get the rest of our order.condiment bar not stocked with utinesils or condiments, many fountain drink options were not available or just completely out of order. Disappointed.

This crawfish poboy is a big disappointment. If this is the best yall can do you have lost all of my business. The sad thing is that the store wasn't even busy

We have eaten there many times. It seems to be going down hill. The salt and pepper shakers were grimy and dirty. It seemed dirty all around to me. Fish was good, French fries good and okra was good and I finally got a decent portion of the okra. Wish management would make them clean it more.

I used to love this place. Everything has gone down hill over the last year though. My girlfriend and I went in for dinner on a Friday night around 5pm. The open sign was not on, even though they were open. The huge dining room was mostly empty and the vibe just felt very sterile. The lighting was terrible and only one TV was on. The bar area was a wasteland. The staff seemed young, distracted and inexperienced in customer service. We ordered our food (two 3-piece catfish combos), got our drinks and all was good until we made it to the condiment bar that is usually stocked with silverware, onions, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, crackers, etc. It was empty. We looked past that and waited for the food. Once it came, we asked for the items usually found at the self serve condiment station and they expressed they were out of simple things such as lemons. The only way to eat fried fish in my eyes is with lemon. We were pretty bummed about that. My girlfriend had 3-4 small pieces of fish and I had 6 or 7. My plate didn’t have any hushpuppies and the ones my girlfriend had were burnt on the outside and basically batter on the inside. We were pretty impressed by that. The whole visit was just a bummer of an experience and we definitely won’t be going back.Once we got home our stomachs both felt terrible.I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to for this.I’ve read several bad reviews over the last month from several different people.

Worst food in town, 6 plates of cold food, corn on the cob was still frozen. overpriced and poor quality!

We came in around 3. The sauces were gone as well as silverware which was never refilled the hour and a half we were there. We ordered appetizers and entrees were brought out first and THEN appetizers. Later, another appetizer was brought out which we did not order and the wait staff had no idea where it went. We DID get a free pie for the trouble, but additionally, the only way I was able to get my husband to go was they had gumbo and boudin balls on menu. Well, they discontinued that and didn't bother to change menu and if we'd known, we wouldn't have wasted our money here.

Ordered our food. Charged us. Told us they were closed. Made the food after complaining that they charged us for no reason. Got the food, missing sides, missing shrimp. The employees are absolutely incompetent. Get better.Update: my friend got terrible food poisoning from the crawfish poboy. Do not eat here.
