I am in here for lunch/dinner 2-3 times per week, and it has ALWAYS been a joy. It's never taken more than just a few minutes to get my order and be on my way and the staff is ALWAYS joyful and humorous. I look forward to my next visit!! Keep up the awesome job, guys.

The Employees at the Mlk location are amazing! Makenzie is very attentive to details. The employees are very welcoming when you enter also very helpful when it comes to an indecisive customer they helped recommend some of the best items I have ever had on their menu. Oh, and the cookies are amazing.

I walked in about 7:30 pm to order 1 sandwich to go. I was immediately informed it would be able 10-15 minute wait, I said I was fine with waiting. Two of the three workers looked at each other and on mouthed a cuss word. I chose to ignore the bad attitude as that associate still process to come to the register to take my order. During the process of getting my order placed a third associate comes over and interrupted to stress that their would be at least a 15 minute wait. So I let them know I would just go eat somewhere else. Drove an extra 15 minutes out of my way and spent my money elsewhere tonight. This isn't the first time that I've been in this particular location well before an hour before closing to place a to go or because they definitely do not want people to eat in after 7pm at this location. I've been rudely informed of that before and honestly quit going here over two years ago. I recently decided to give them another chance. Obviously nothing as change.

I ordered a delivery order through DoorDash today because I was trapped at the office & called beforehand with a question because the app limits the info provided.The sweet young lady that answered, Mckenzie, was SO HELPFUL and completely transparent. She explained that, while they had been dealing with electrical issues all day & my sandwich might not be prepared as it was before, she would ensure I was still more than satisfied with my meal. She made recommendations based on my preferences, and in general was just a delight to speak with. 12/10 customer experience and my food was as great as ever! (Definitely manager-level demonstration of customer service. She understood the importance of eloquently conveying consideration & assistance in explaining their current dilemma while maintaining the customer’s satisfaction as the primary goal.)One of the few restaurants post-COVID that hasn’t cheapened the quality of their ingredients. I rank firehouse closer to local restaurant standards, because they make an effort every time to ensure your meal is exactly to your expectations!

Firehouse steak and cheese was amazing! As soon as I walked in all of the employees greeted me, and that definitely set the bar! The cashier was very helpful and even got me signed up for rewards! You guys rock, and I will definitely be returning!

I have been here a few times b/c it is close to my home. However, last time I ordered at the counter, and it took almost 25 min for 2 kids meals and 1 medium sub. So this time, I ordered on the app. Specifically said extra pickle spears and mayo and mustard on side since my kids were sharing a sub. Picked it up and it was like they didn't even see the requests (except they did remove the tomatoes ). One sandwich had no pickles and the other did not have the extra. It had both mayo and mustard on it and none on the side. Anyway, it's just frustrating b/c I had to go back in after I got my order and wait. They even put a "checked twice for accuracy" sticker on it , with no initials since it obviously wasn't checked? Also the shopping center it is in is very dirty and gross. Not sure why the landlord and/or shops do not clean it up better, but there is always spilled food, trash, and overflowing trashcans. The light above Firehouse has been blinking for months and for some reason they just don't fix it? Next time, I will drive to a different location for correct food and faster service in a clean location.

I get my normal every time I get the smokehouse barbecue brisket with caramelize onions and extra mayo and barbecue sauce. But this time I got no barbecue sauce at all. Like I understand there was a new person but for real no barbecue sauce at all. I just spent 17$ for it and it’s not even worth paying for it, if they can’t listen to what the customer says to do.

I rarely share my experiences on fast food around here but this is by far the worst experience with any restaurant I've ever ordered from. Unless you go in-person so you can correct the imminent failure of their service, avoid ordering from ANY delivery application.There's a list of constant issues from incorrect orders. I've argued with the manager one time when they aggressively told me there was no way I could have ordered from Postmates when I had the app opened on my phone, looking directly at my order. Today they took over an hour to tell me they didn't have gluten free bread, asking the Grubhub delivery person to confirm my order - as if they couldn't do that on their end. The level of incompetence knows no bounds and this is indeed the last time I waste anymore of my time with this location.I hate leaving a 1 star review but it's well deserved at this point. I've never been so frustrated with any sandwich shop in my life. I mean, its a SANDWICH shop of all things. How difficult can it be?

Hey Cam! The sandwich you decided to make a work of a-a-aaa-a-art for me was fabulous! I got the seasoning with this one and she melted my cheeses onto my veggies in such a way that it encapsulated the entire bunch of them onto my very special small sandwich. I do appreciate that. It was literally my second time eating there today. This is my new pregnancy craving must have lol. Small veggie on wheat no Italian dressing no jalepeno. The cool thing is she saw my order snd just literally knew she was the lerson for that baby! Awww. Again thank you so much. I will do my beat to do more surverys as I come in guys. So when you see a loaded small sub with extra pickle spear just know ?

My wife and I got an Italian sub and a Turkey bacon ranch sub ! The best two subs we've had in years ! And we were both truck drivers ! We've had subs all over the country ! I'm impressed !
