I work for this restaurant and bar they have a big variety of burgers, salads, enchiladas and snack wraps. The food here is very good.

I've been here multiple times and the service was always alright at best. But tonight was the exception. We were first greeted by a server/host who was pale in complection with black/brown hair. Didnt catch her name, but caught a terrible vibe from her. She seemed hesitant and almost unwilling to seat my party of 8 during a time where the entire resturant was empty. She left to talk to a server in the back to see if they would take our party and when we told her we were just doing drinks she had a reaction that was unfit for service. I come from a service job, and i understand that at grubs you occasionally deal with loud and obnoxious people, but we were not that and shouldnt've been treated as such. Not to mention she antagonized someone at my table by taunting them with faces and body language as she walked by. I attempted to talk to the manager about the unsatisfactory behavior, working (01/25) and he blew me off entirely saying "some jokes just dont land." Needless to say, this place has lost loyal customers off of those interactions. But our actual server herself was nice and did a decent job. I would typically recommend this place as the drink's arent too expensive and the food is decent at best. But overall in the past few months the service quality has gone down and you would probably be better off going to JJ's.
Bruh all we had was a bucket of beers and a burger and we sat ourselves and waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes for check. Also can they turn their heater on when it’s 7°

My wife and I have gone to Grubs for decades and always loved their burgers. Today was an extremely disappointing experience. The burgers had none of the seasoning/taste of prior years. The meat was tough and not the high grade it used to be. The fries were the same as usual and fine. But overall very disappointing meal versus the high quality of what we had come to expect. And to top it off prices had gone up. Not sure we will go back to what had been a favorite place for decades.

Love this place. Miss the Uptown location! We used to go once a week. Now we only go a couple of times a year. The other locations are too hard for us to get to with all of our other activities.
