Gusanos had a great spaghetti with meatballs. Delicious, however the portion size was pretty small. They only gave me one meatball and it said there would be 3. the service was nice though and quick.

Order carryout that includes 2 meatball skillets. Get home and there's no meatballs. Call and am told sorry we'll remake them or refund, so it's a trip back because we want meatballs. Get there and it's "oh we're out." I then get an attitude from them for expecting a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe spend more money on quality employees and less on paying for NIL?

Tried Gusano’s in Fayetteville after hearing it was much better than the location in Ft Smith. It was better (in our experience) in terms of service & pizza, but still not great. We also got spaghetti & meatballs and a meatball/pepperoni sub (can’t remember the name) to go. The pasta & sauce were fine but the meatballs were hard as a rock. We gave it a 2nd chance & it’s definitely not for us.

Went twice, 1st time they made the wrong pizza. 2nd time, today, the pizza looked like like soup.Website won't let me post pictures but dough wasn't cooked but the top crust had burnt areas.

Look at this cheese pull!!!! We did order extra cheese but WOW!!! Pizza is always amazing. We love the thin crust but the Chicago style is pretty amazing as well. This is a MUST if you are craving pizza!! Close to hotels and the college. Cold beer, awesome pizza!!

Waited 20 min for our drink after our order was taken. Pizza came out with drinks. Salad came out after we ate our pizza. Manager couldn’t discount meal bc it was the servers fault. Manager is terrible. Literally skipped over our table to ask how we were doing? Like seriously. He knew we were being “neglected” as the server quoted she treated us.
