Went inside to eat and some workers were cleaning out the fish tank with gloves on and then went to refill my drink WITH the gloves on, my wife went to stop her cause that's cross contamination and the worker went and argue with my wife that she was clean and the stick that she was using was clean when in fact it wasn't, we watched them cleaning the fish tank and { the fish tank looked like it hasnt been cleaned in forever, tgere was fish poop debris floating everywhere ik it}came straight to us to fill my drink, then proceeded to go wash her hands with the gloves on. Asked to talk to the manager but the manager wouldn't talk to us.Poor service and workers was super rude to us when giving us our ticket. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE

We have been coming to Hunan Manor for the past 25 years or so. We no longer live in the area but stop in every time we are in town. It was as good tonight as it has ever been. The lemon chicken is the best I have ever had! I also love the house chicken! Can't wait to go back again soon!

Ordered delivery tonight. We received the wrong order from doordash and got nothing we actually ordered. I messaged DoorDash and never heard back so called it a loss and we ate what we got. Later when it was realized our order wasn’t picked up Hunan called asking what had happened. They offered to refund or remake. After close, they ended up personally delivering our order to us to make it right. Hunan gave constant updates from the moment they realized something was wrong. The food was good and we will definitely be ordering again thanks to level of service provided!

We showed up at 3 not knowing what time it was and asked if they were still open. It was indicated that they were and did we want the buffet. Which we ordered AND THEN (oh isn't there always an and then) the waitress proceeds to tell me off and that if we wanted the buffet we were to come earlier as it closes at 3 which is why I asked in the first place and why did she offer it to us if they were closed. It was very uncomfortable and we couldn't just walk out as my husband just had his insulin. You can bet that I won't EVER go back there again. It's hard to enjoy anything once you are scolded by someone younger than you. bah.....

They gave us a glass and poured it for us. ?They gave me a good fortune in my cookies.If it were not Christmas…If they would put as much effort into the food as they do their lovely plants in the foyer…

I don’t go there very often. Ther food was ok not as good as last time I went. The fried dumplings were good but the sauce was really spicy. There mush pork was good.Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t use a wheelchair, but I could see that it would be easy to get in there with a wheelchair. I am handicapped, so I parked to the handicap spot, and it was easy to get in and out of.

The orange chicken tastes 1. Nothing like orange 2. Soggy, and brown, instead of orange. Was also sitting out for a while and was reheated. Peking duck was fine, duck was juicy. Fried rice is horrendous - literally just rice thrown into a frying pan with a bit of soy and egg.

Happy Family, scallops not cooked! Raw, baby corn was as tough as a piece of wood! Moo shu chicken was soggy and egg roll was worse than a frozen one from a convenience store. Spend $60 with tip and I’m hoping we don’t get food poisoning. Never ever again!! What a waste of money!

We are from out of town and when in town we order from here. This time the entrees were sub par. We ordered pork, beef and chicken along with fried rice. 5 entrees total. Over $100 .The only food edible was sweet and sour chicken and the chicken fried rice . The rest was fatty and we could not eat it.
