Got my sandwich and it was missing like 2 out of 5 of the ingredients that come on it with rotten brown lettuce, I called to see if maybe there could be some kind of way to make amends and the worker who answered the phone had an unprofessional attitude and offered me $5 dollars off of a whole new sandwich even though i paid full price for half a sandwich… Doesn’t make sense to me, only two stars because this is only my first or second problem with this place.

You know I genuinely don't understand how it's been 2 hours since i've ordered delivery for one sandwich and it has yet to be here. Their whole slogan is "Freaky Fast". There is nothing fast or freaky about this restaurant. WhenHopefully I can get my sandwich soon but honestly this is ridiculous and would not recommend.

She would not let me use the restroom i have not been drinking I was Uber driver and she sis si had to buy something. I told her I baught something a the pizza place but the line was long I know it’s Dickson street but have respect like I wasn’t here to drink.

This place is a GODSEND!! I just came through with my niece for the first time and we hadn’t eaten here before. While having an extensive conversation with the employees about the menu, they were very patient, willing to answer all of my questions, and prepared to make any changes to the order to accommodate my financial needs. After it was all said and done, I was trying to figure out my online bank account and was having a hard time. After seeing my struggle, the employees offered to give us the food for free! It was truly and embarrassing moment, but that they were very understanding of my predicament. Without them, my niece and I would have been very hungry and helpless! PLEASE GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE!! ????

The Manager on duty Sunday, May 21 hung up on me. She insisted an order placed last night was delivered, even though the email system showed that we had missed the ordering window and it would be delivered in the morning.When I insisted nobody placed anything on my porch at any time last night or this morning, she said I was wrong. She said I could complain to corporate, but--get this--she didn't have that phone number anywhere in her store to give me. She said Google it. When I asked her name to reference this incident, she hung up immediately.Why act that way?
