I've eaten there twice, both with omlets. Great service and attitudes. Good omlets, but no wow factor. Mainly, the eggs are supermarket grade. If you specialize in eggs, I expect the dark golden yoke of a free range egg, and an explosion of egg flavor.I did select sliced tomatoes as a side, which were fresh and wonderful.
Had never been to a Jimmy's egg and decided to try since I was getting my tire serviced at DT and had a hour. I went with the basic 2 eggs over easy, hash browns , fruit bowl and toast. Really good breakfast as the bacon order was twice as much that was listed on the menu and who can argue with that. Service was exceptional and will return.

So this a great breakfast place. Been a handful of times and the omelets hit every time. I make a veggie omelet. Full of flavor. It’s a favorite for the hubs. He gets the skillets. Would totally recommend.
